Incredible Ground Staff – Thank You Jalal & Nivedita for Making Berlin Memorable! - Dear Alex, CEO I’d like to take a moment to appreciate the outstanding ground staff of your Hop-On Hop-Off Berlin tour – especially Jalal at Berlin Station and Nivedita at Alexanderplatz. These two young professionals are absolute gems! We were in Berlin just for a day and had booked our tickets at the station. A small glitch occurred, and just when we thought our day might get derailed, Jalal stepped in like a true hero. Calm, helpful, and full of positive energy – he resolved the issue swiftly and even gave us great tips on how to make the most of our short stay. Nivedita, equally kind and welcoming, guided us with such grace and patience. Their dedication, warmth, and guest-first attitude turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a truly wonderful experience. Had it not been for them, our Berlin visit would’ve been a miss. Kudos to you and your team for such fantastic training and for placing the right people on the ground. They truly represent the spirit of hospitality and make all the difference for travellers like us.

Sort out the terrible English commentary. - We booked the east and west tour. We enjoyed the sightseeing part of it but the English commentary needs to be informative without the unfunny pathetic jokes. Sometimes these jokes are simply crass, this seriously needs addressed. Also the headphone connection needs to be fixed on many seats. We’d have liked the trip to be continuous. Some of the stops we nearly 30 minutes. The plastic seats are extremely uncomfortable. We’ve yet to take the boat tour.

Unreliable with poor customer service from the central team - I booked a 2 day tour. The first day the buses were very full and I had to wait for a second bus. The second day I had to wait 50 minutes for a bus then two came at once. The tour on the second day missed out the part I had had to sit downstairs for on the first day. These issues are not uncommon based on what one of their workers was saying. I wrote to the company about the fact the second day wasted 3 hours. They thanked me for my feedback! I asked for a refund for the second day as it was not as sold and they ignored my second email. I would definitely recommend going with either of the other two bus operators-big bus or city sightseeing.

Not Great - The bus hits most the high spots but it wasn’t usually on time, didn’t run very frequently and the headphones which tell you the history didn’t work well. We saw the City Circle and Big Bus buses passing more frequently.

Awful commentary - The audio was absolutely terrible. Only one side of the headphones had sound (all 3 sets and whichever seat you sat in). And the commentary was awful, it was 2 men talking back and forth - one was seemingly stupid and they seemed to be arguing. We just wanted to hear the facts not some terrible attempt at comedy.

Rude driver - The bus driver of bus 3425 (license plate B CZ 3425) was just very rude to passengers and particularly belittling to an older passenger. This spoils the mood on an otherwise lovely tour.

Nice tour but very infrequent departures and long waiting times - Ok tour but no hop on hop off, buses were very infrequent and you spend most of your time waiting for one so you better don’t get off and do the tour in one go if you want some value for money. Tour B had exactly ONE bus doing it and we waited almost one hour for it. The things you can do on a 24 hour ticket are so few that it’s way too expensive.

Disappointing - Tour bus packed with people standing on the upper deck and on the stairs. This is not safe. When people are standing on the upper deck it makes it harder to enjoy the view because people are in the way!!! The diver must have an idea how many people are upstairs. Also the commentary does not match the location!! Poor! Very poor!! Waste of money and time.

Too long between the buses - There was too long waiting time on the buses, waste of time.So after waiting 30 min on the next bus, it ran 1 stop, after which it showed hold 20 min pause.... The other buses from another company came by all the time
