Rainbow Falls and National Volcanoes Park - This tour (Shaka Braddah Tours) was a huge highlight of our cruise! Our tour guides, Anthony and Desmond, were the best guides we have ever had...they went above and beyond, making sure we were being taken care of. When we were driving, they had multiple crafts, tools, beautiful large shells and historic objects to show us, as well as various interesting photos on an ipad. The tour itself was fantastic! Rainbow falls was gorgeous and the National Volcanoes Park was beyond amazing. The restaurant lunch was perfect. They never rushed us. We are so grateful that Anthony and Desmond were our guides...they are amazing people and a precious asset to your company!

Volcano beauty - Desmond and Anthony were great tour guides fr this excursion. We were fortunate due to the volcano eruption happening while we were here. The lunch the fresh fruit offer on our way back to ship was a nice touch. We would suggest this tour to anyone. My wife walks with a brace on her leg due to a stroke and Desmond and Anthony made sure to help her when needed. Thank you guys!

Awesome tour! - Desmond and Anthony did an awesome job of touring the island. Their information was interesting and so was their native exhibits they shared. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour. So knowledgeable and met expectations. Best tour ever!

Wonderful Day on Hawaii - This is an awesome excursion. We were picked up at the port in a very comfortable van. Our guide and driver were both terrific and knowledgeable. The itinerary was great: Rainbow Falls, Volcanoes National Park, and Black Sand Beach. The park visit included the crater, steam vents, and a hike through a lava tube; culminating with a delicious lunch at a beautiful restaurant. We were lucky to see turtles on the beach before taking the drive back to Hilo. During the drive we were entertained and informed with commentary, photos, artifacts, and samples of local fruit. The other passengers were fun, interesting, and great to spend the day with.

Fabulous island tour - This was a fabulous day out with Desmond and Anthony with the pace just right and the wealth of information that Anthony had plus being able to see various artefacts really helped bring the information to life. Thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend to couples or family groups wanting to see and hear first hand about the island's history.

Spectacular and wonderful to experience guides that exhibit true Hawaiian culture-peaceful, above and beyond hospitable! - Lots of information. Our guides Desmond and Anthony were beyond spectacular, and we have travelled extensively. The items included were wonderful and the lodge for lunch had waygu beef that was very tasty. Just long enough and made for a perfect day ending with a large sampling of tropical fruits. Fantastic tour!

Great Introduction to the Big Island! - Anthony and Desmond were awesome! They shared a wealth of knowledge with us on our small group tour. Considerate and caring, their aim was to give us a comfortable, well-paced glimpse into the laid back Hawaii life and bountiful natural beauty of the island.
