As we head west, we’ll pass the beautiful Mount Esja and travel through a tunnel under the waters of Hvalfjörður, setting the stage for the stunning landscapes ahead.

Our first stop is in the charming town of Borgarnes, where we’ll take a break for snacks and refreshments. Here, you can stretch your legs and enjoy the scenic views after crossing the gorgeous bridge over Borgarfjörður.

As we leave Borgarnes behind, the magnificent Snæfellsjökull, the highest volcano in the area, will start to come into view.
