Casgrain - Curated by a dedicated Michelin-trained chef, guests will embark on a journey through the flavors and products that highlight the uniqueness of Quebec’s agriculture and gastronomy. This journey features farmhouse Quebec cheeses, artisan small-batch charcuterie, wildflower honeys, and sourdough breads. Guests will discover the distinct qualities of sheep, cow, and goat cheeses from both dairy and seasonal perspectives. They will sample a variety of charcuterie, including salami, mortadella, and coppa, crafted from Quebecois heritage breed animals. These delicacies will be complemented by seasonal honeys and rare fruits sourced from a supplier renowned among famous chefs and restaurants. Depending on the season and weather, this experience may take place in the picturesque Jeanne Mance Park, at Jean Talon Market, or in the chef’s own historic Old Port dining room and 1800s apartment.

Curated by a globally acclaimed Chef, scholar, and food writer, participants will explore all aspects of local food culture through craft and small producers. This includes farmhouse cheeses, local charcuterie, artisan breads, wildflower honeys, and optionally, regional French wines. Depending on the season, it takes place in a park/farmer’s market or an 1800s kitchen in the renowned Old Port.
