Great experience - Great tour and experienced guides. In Luxor my tour guide was Abdo. I had other tour guides in Edfu, Kom Ombo and Aswan/Abu Simber but canät remmenber their names
Especially the Valley of the Kings and Air Ballooning in Luxor were great experiences as well as Abu Simbel temple south from Aswan.
I upgraded myself to a Deluxe cruise ship which was a good option (based what the other tourists told me about the basic ship). My tours were with a small groups (three of us in Luxor and seven in Aswan/Abu Simbel).
So all in all, this 4-day part of my 6-day tour was great and I recommend it to everyone.

Great moments visiting temples of South Egypt - We spent some time out of time with our guide Gabriel during the visits to the temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo. Gabriel’s explanations of ancient Egypt were simply extraordinary. And the organization was perfect despite a misunderstanding with the driver in Abu Simbel

Very good overall - To summarize our experience: we had a great time! Everything was not perfect and here are some things to know: the price of visits is not included. When they write "visits included" it just means they will take you there, but you will have to pay each entrance ticket (between 15 and 20 euros each time about). There were some slight delays but nothing dramatic. Also the picture of the boat is non-contractual: you will have a boat that may have nothing to do (it will be the same size and will perform the same function but maybe not the same standing). For our last day, the hot air balloon was cancelled due to bad weather, we were refunded $40 (at the time of writing I have not yet been refunded, but I just finished the cruise). Due to this cancellation, we asked to advance the tours to 6am instead of 9am and the agency arranged to do it at the last minute, thanks to them.
For our last day, Christine was a good guide, repeating herself sometimes and not always understanding our questions but nevertheless bringing a lot of information to the different sites. She also left us the free time we wanted to take pictures, and finally had a very pleasant time.
The other guides were also excellent but I don't remember their names (hani maybe in Abu Simbel and Marie a Aswan).

We saw it all ! - My husband booked this trip as a surprise for my 50th birthday and I was over the moon. Though it started off a little shaky and felt disorganised at first (there was an issue with our first internal flight that meant we needed to board a different boat and our tour schedule was mixed up to start with - the platform provider GetYourGuide sorted this all out for us and we were very happy with their service). After this and a lost day, we managed to catch up on everything and it all just got better and better. The tours of Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfu and all of Luxor were just incredible. Our guides Mohammed (Kom Ombo), Hafiz (Edfu), and Sara Essam (Luxor) were all so knowledgeable and informative and we felt we really were able to get the feel for all the sights and history. Our tour of the Luxor temples with Sara were particularly good because they were private (all the others were shared group which was fine too) and Sara and our driver Bacharius were top notch. If you get a chance to go to Luxor with this company, ask for Sara !!!!

Guide mohamed in luxor! - Beautiful everything but I want to thank MOHAMED very much who was our guide in luxor! We spent a wonderful day in the valley of kings, hatsheptsu temple, karnak temple and luxury temple learning many things from it! Very friendly 😊

Balloon ride was AMAZING, boat cruise was awesome. Temples have so much to see. - Magic Hassan was helpful, friendly and gave lots of information.

Scam, travel horror in Egypt - Horrible, do not hire this operator, do not attend messages, we did not balloon, the cruise was not 5 stars, bad treatment by the staff spend the day asking for tips, the excursions are taking 2 photos and marxing to take you to the store of the day to burden you with shopping, the worst trip of our lives, they lie in everything and do not refund anything

Great ruins and poor service - The tour of Cairo was very fantastic.
But the boat cruise that so-called five stars was terrible. No WiFi, the room was also not clean.
And the most poor thing was no information from Nice tour!
I was waiting my guide for three hours at Cairo airport because of no information.
Tour of Aswan was also very poor.
Almost 60 peoole one group,only one guide!
Someone booked ticket,the other one not. But guide couldn't control it.
The tours were always late and often we were no lunch.
Finally two tours canceled.
I 've never experienced such terrible tours.
On the other hand, some guides were professional , kind and well-trained.
I wish the company would be more considerate towards their guests.
