Fantastic Private Tour to Giza Pyramids with Professional Photographer - We had an very good experience on the private tour to the Giza Pyramids! The guide, photographer, and driver were all exceptionally friendly and professional. The team showed great patience during the photography session and captured good pictures of us with the pyramids, camel, and Sphinx. They also shared detailed explanations about the history and significance of the sites, which enriched the experience. Although we chose not to go inside the pyramid due to time constraints, we thoroughly enjoyed the overall tour, especially the photography session. One area for improvement is the mention of dining in a "5-star restaurant," which felt misleading. The quality was decent, but the description could be more accurate. Additionally, drinks being excluded from the package should be clarified upfront. Despite this minor issue, the TripAdvisor support team was excellent and addressed any concerns promptly. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the Giza Pyramids with a personal touch and a professional photographer!

Visit to Giza Pyramids - Halima, our tour guide, was great (5 stars). She was polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Mohamed, our driver, was a true gentleman (5 stars). Now, a couple of things worth mentioning: 1) Make sure you send Viator's confirmation voucher to the operator (Let's explore Egypt) on what's up. I didn't and the problem was solved after contacting the operator. Because of this delay, we started the tour two hours later, 2) Visiting the great pyramid (or any pyramid) is not included in this 'all-inclusive' tour, so you have to pay extra for this, 3) Visiting the inner part of the great pyramid is not worth your while as there is nothing to see, but importantly, it is unsafe, since the passage to the chamber is too narrow, allows no fresh air and is used by hundreds of people, who enter and exit at the same time. If something happens to you, it is hard to just stay put and rest, as you will block the passage. Also, while you move, you have to bend. No one will explain the danger for people who are physically challenged, elderly, have respiratory problems or are likely to experience anxiety attacks, as the state's policy is to sell tickets. 4) The tour includes visiting expensive shops (papyrus shops, oil shops etc.) where sellers are very good at marketing.
