Begin on a paved trail leading into Cueva Clara, a 0.9-mile path through a stunning subtropical forest surrounded by lush vegetation and limestone formations. Once we reach the cave, we will explore, admire, and learn about its formations, ecosystem, and history.
- Rio Tanama - Refresh yourself and enjoy our hidden waterfalls while river trekking through one of the karst zone canyons. After a 15-minute hike through water and beautiful rock formations, we will arrive at one of the most impressive waterfalls in the northern region. Here, you can swim, go under the waterfalls, and even do some cliff jumping (all optional at the second waterfall). You will get wet and enter the water up to chest level (life jackets provided).
Important: If the weather conditions are unsafe for water activities, we will visit a natural spring instead.
- Cueva del Indio - Discover the culture and history of the Taino Indians. Our experienced guides will help you explore the secret cave overlooking one of the most beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean in Puerto Rico, known for having the most Taino petroglyphs in the Caribbean.
Our hike will start along the beach and lead up to the seven arches cliff on sandstone. It is important to wear sneakers or closed shoes to hike safely on this type of rock formation. Along the way, you will witness some of the most breathtaking views on the north side. At the entrance of Cueva del Indio, you can admire all the petroglyphs from above the cave opening. For those seeking adventure, with the help of your guides, you can venture into a unique cave filled with wonders.
