Tulum, Cenote, and more - Despite it being a very very long day, I will say the tour guides and driver were phenomenal. Highly recommend this tour as an intro to the area and history.

Very rushed and... - Very rushed and confusing. Guide rushed in front of everyone and left many people confused where to go. Tulum was the worst. The places it self were nice to see but next time we would do one at a time.

Rushed and unorganized - We were charged double for tickets to Tulum once we got there. Our guide said it was not their fault and we had tot take it up with “the company”. He was not helpful and gave us the ultimatum to either go back to the bus (after having traveled hours) and wait or pay for the ticket and tax (after having paid the tax before getting on the bus). The line to get our ticket was over an hour and we ran through Tulum in a few minutes with no time to look around. The food was barely edible and they try coerce “a lucky 4 people” into buying extremely overpriced souvenirs $350+ USD - you can get those elsewhere like Chichén Itzá for less than $5 USD. The cenote was an amazing experience and we were able to relax in there and unwind from all the running around. The tour guides did seem to know what he was talking about and gave great information about Tulum and Coba but the tour was way too rushed and seemed very unorganized.

Long, long day - Seeing the ruins was as expected but the day was very long. Swimming at Cenote is a bit seedy. Need to bring pesos to tip. Using US dollars is much more expensive due to bad exchange rate given.

Worst experience ever, will not recommend - Worst experience ever, made us change 3 buses even before leaving the city. Had to wait for 5 hours before actually seeing the first attraction. We had to stand outside tuluk attraction for 40 mins because the tickets were not bought in advance.Sold things onboard which were unneccesary. Skipped 1 attraction as it was already so late but we paid for the ticket already. The last attraction was all in rush, they allowed us to stay at playa de carmen for only 30 mins, a place which will require minimum of 1 hour. The bus was moving so slow that there was not even a single car that didn't overtake the bus.

Terrible Communication and Customer Service - I emailed this company in a timely manner to request pickup time and location. Noone responded to me nor did they respond in a timely manner to our travel agency. They are also reluctant to give us a refund and stated that we did not show up. What reputable tour company does not provide the necessary details to its patrons when requested? What courteous company does not reach out via email or telephone if they are not seeing their patrons? They only responded at 2pm for a tour that was supposed to take place at 7am that same morning. A response was only received from them when a refund was demanded. I would not recommend anyone to use these services.

Lack of Communication - ABSOLUTELY the worst! There was no communication by Kbron, the numbers on their website were not working and despite multiple emails, my travelling party of 3 were left waiting. I requested a full refund via Expedia so I await and will be back to update.

Deceptive "bait and switch" advertising.....Beware. - Warning! If you are looking for a tour that will pick you up at a hotel, please know that this tour DOES NOT DO THIS. I booked this tour because their website assured that hotel pick up was available. In fact, when I registered they even asked for my hotel address. However, the night before I was told the meeting place was in supermercado parking lot 8 miles away. I then had to find a taxi ride to and from the meeting spot after the booking showed hotel pick up. For me this was very dishonest and was a "bait and switch" maneuver. Very dishonest.

Do not book this tour - Pros: nothing !!!! All listed activities seemed really good way to see 2 ruins. But tour didn’t happen — for us. Cons: poor communication with tour company- KBron - awful local company. I messaged them several times that we will be waiting in our hotel lobby for pickup. After waiting 45 min in the lobby; the company texted and said the bus left as we weren’t by the security gate ! Not once were we told to wait by hotel security gate— which is a long walk down from lobby. All other tour companies were coming up to the lobby and calling out names. Company said bus left and we can reschedule. We were flying back home the next day, so that wasn’t an option nor would I rebook as they left us waiting in the lobby. No text or call was made on their attempt - asking where we were. Unreliable tour company. I texted them back several times after saying they left already— still no reply from them ! Luckily- viator gave me full refund. We ended up taking a taxi to Coba and Tulum ruins. We didn’t do cenote though- but that’s OK.

Think twice before book. ENDLESS WAITING for the group. - Dont book this tour, you will regret. 1. They gave me 1 hour and 10 mins pick up frame, so I have to wait for the pick up from 6:45 am to 7:55. 2. Pick up happened at 7:15 to the meeting point. We actually depart at 9:30am. 3. This is a huge group, around 60 ppl. One big bus and a van. 4. It took 1 hour from Tulum site parking lot to the entrance. Cause we need to wait for everyone to enter the site. That cause tour in the Tulum has to be shorted. 5. English guide was terrible, if I don't walk with tour guide side by side I won't be hear antything, cause he was only talking to himself. 6. Endless waiting for others. That;s pretty much all for the tour. Waiting, waiting and waiting.
