Great experience! - Noel our tour guide was excellent. The speed boats were lots of fun and snorkeling in the reef was amazing, tons of fish and we got to see a turtle and an eel too! Seas were a bit rough, so visibility wasn't the best, but you can't really control mother nature. The jungle tour after the reef swim was fun, but I wouldn't call it a jungle tour, there was lots of boat traffic and the waterways were nice and wide and not very jungle-y. Still a great experience and would highly recommend. Definitely ask for Noel.

Great speed boat tour in the area. - We were looking for a jungle adventure and chose this one. We had a great experience. Our guide was funny, attentive and caring. Left the dock and headed out to the ocean to do some snorkeling. Unfortunately my wife and I opted out of that due to conditions. This was not an issue, he took those of us that wanted to explore the mangroves back to the mangrove swamp and left others with another guide to snorkel.
We saw a few crocodiles, birds and other animals. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and looking for something fun to do.

Good, but some issues - Generally Good, laguna, jungles.... pretty nice
but it was nesessary to leave tips in 10$ for instructor. I'm ok with that, but not as mandatory action, in this case it was.
Will be good if they can suggest water for tourists during the trip)

Fun and inexpensive boat ride - The place is tucked away on the beach behind the Cancún Beach Resort with no signs. Good thing they have a person standing at the front of the resort directing and showing people where to go. Everyone was very friendly. Two things, they said it was too windy to snorkel. Also, you can hear the tour guide because there’s no radios. You’re basically paying to drive a small boat around Cancun for 2 hours

Very nice but can be improved... - Friendly, friendly people but unfortunately the service leaves something to be desired. Very precarious boats, without maintenance.. we had problems with two on the same trip.

Would definitely find some place else to snorkel. Forced to tip at the end. - The group I felt was too big and disorganized. It took the guide 45 minutes to get everyone life vests and fins because they did it as a group instead of at check in. The snorkeling was very short. 15 minutes or so and there wasn't much to look at. The guides waited until we were already at the snorkeling spot to tell people if they were not strong swimmers to stay in the boat and don't snorkel because the water is choppy. There was no other chances to snorkel for them and they didn't get any type of warning. The jungle tour was blah. You drove the boats slowly through some trees. I wouldn't call it jungle.
I always tip tour guides. Good or bad, it's hot they have a long day too whatever. But I also respect people's choices not to tip tour guides, and honestly if I was told not to snorkel after we were already there and had to watch people snorkel, I probably wouldn't have tipped either. But this tour guide was standing in the way of other patrons not letting them off the doc until they did tip. That rubbed me the wrong way. I couldn't tell if he was joking or not but it definitely seemed like he was demanding a tip. One girl said I don't have cash I'll be right back, and he said you better come back with my tip. At that point I wanted to get out there.
My boyfriend had fun driving the boat. So that made me happy. But if I had spent more than I did on the tour I would have asked for a refund based on the disorganization, us only getting to snorkel for 15 mins and the rudeness of the tour guide. Jaunito I think his name was.

Choose a different provider - Felt unsafe from start to finish. Boats were small quite old but not the end of the world. The snorkelling consisted of going out long way from shore into deep waters, it was very choppy with waves and not ideal for snorkelling one man next to me had never snorkelled before enough to put you off for life. The boats were chaotically lined up tied together no instructions given, super difficult to get off and impossible to get back on even for some of the younger people. Risk to fingers between boats even feet etc getting caught as boats banged next to each other. Worst was the fact we all drifted way away from where the boats were tied up I can swim very well but the current was strong and the life jacket meant it pulled me away I was not strong enough to get back to to the boats I had gone with out flippers as I could not get on and off boat with them. Guide was no where took ages to get his attention he was back at boats and eventually came to get me and two others. There were other large boats around the area and that made it feel unsafe too. To top it off when we to the jungle part our boat broke and took a while to be fixed someone else in our group also had boat problems. There was no water given out no information about the jungle area and safety did not seem a priority. The guide worked hard trying to keep everyone safe but too many people and boats for one person.

Deceptive company - Deceptive company. Snorkeling was not provided, no discount offered. I tried calling twice the day before and morning to check on weather conditions for snorkeling but no one answered. No water provided either. I asked for partial refund but was refused. Should have cancelled. DO NOT use this company!!! There are other better boats that can be rented in surrounding areas.

Scam - Don’t do it. - Scam - Didn’t take the tour due to bad weather, but the tour was marked as completed and we were charged even though we were promised a full refund. Plus, they wanted to charge us extra.
