Expensive but typical. - It is not cheap to get from Banff to Calgary by shuttle. It is almost the same distance from the Toronto Airport to Guelph or Barrie, etc., and there are buses for $13 to $20 etc. But for some reason, transport to Banff is in the 60 to 80 dollar and up range - (one way). That being said, Vivo was the best price, and our driver was very competent and pleasant. He was also right on time. Which was a relief after a very unpleasant On-It experience.

Very good, but a few issues - Generally very good ; arrived 15 minutes late; the bus was full and difficult to get comfortable with my long legs. However, arrived in plenty of time for the plane.

Group ride from Banff to Calgary airport - Nice to have option of hotel pick-up in Banff, as it is a long walk to hotel. The shuttle ran about 15 minutes late, but the driver was courteous and provided a safe ride.

Calgary to Banff bus ride - The main thing I would recommend is a restroom stop somewhere on the 2 hour trip. Some people who are a little older may need a stop, especially if they are on blood pressure medications.

Highly recommend - The only reason why I did not give five stars is because our shuttle was 20 to 30 minutes late. Other than that the driver was very nice and just a wonderful driver. It was great just sitting back and seeing all the beautiful sites!

They lost our reservation - Our group of six (ages 6 to 73) arrived for the shuttle from Banff to Calgary and the driver didn't have us on his list. He called the company (Vivo Green) and they said they didn't have our reservation. The woman we spoke to used my first name, which I never gave her, so she obviously had our reservation but didn't want to admit to the mistake. The driver told us we were very lucky that he only had 8 passengers scheduled that day and the van can hold 14, so he could take us after all. I guess if he didn't have six seats available we would have been left high and dry! I've booked quite a few things through Viator and never had this happen before. At least we made it to Calgary. The trip itself was fine. No complaints there. This was much faster than one of the big coach buses so it's definitely the way to go.

Not good transfer - Didn’t realised they dropped at railway station car park. Had no idea where we were had to try and get taxi to Downtown
