  • Hout Bay - We make our way to the fishing village of Hout Bay, over the spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive and into the quaint coastal town of Noordhoek.
  • Cape Point Nature Reserve - At the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, we visit the famous Cape Point Lighthouse. You have the option of a short but slightly steep walk on a well-worn path to the lighthouse or you can take the funicular railway to the top. The view is spectacular and you may see whales and dolphins in the bay.
  • Simon’s Town - We stop in Simons Town for refreshments.
  • Boulders Beach Penguin Colony - You have the option of visiting the famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach (entrance fee excluded in the rate) or spending time strolling down the historic main street of Simons Town and popping into its quaint shops and museums.
  • St. James - We make our way back to Cape Town travelling on the False Bay coastal route that runs parallel to the Atlantic Ocean. We pass through the seaside towns of Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay, St James and Muizenberg. The streets are lined with quirky bookstores, vintage clothing shops, surf shops and a collection of popular seaside restaurants and delis.

A highlight of the Cape Peninsula Full Day is Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve which is a wild protected wilderness area and home to an array of antelope, the rare Cape mountain zebra and other unique animal species. It’s also a haven for marine birds, with 250 recorded bird species found in the reserve.

We pass through the quaint and vibrant seaside towns that stretch along the length of the Cape Peninsula, which lie nestled between the towering mountain cliffs and the glistening Atlantic Ocean.
