- Chapman’s Peak Drive - Next, we proceed to Chapman’s Peak Drive, arguably one of the finest marine drives in the world! With stunning ocean views set against a mountain backdrop, each turn offers a new, awe-inspiring sight.
- Boulders Beach Penguin Colony - This is the tour’s highlight. Your guide will provide an overview of the area and give you plenty of time to explore the beach. You’ll learn about the endangered African penguins that inhabit the beach. These penguins roam freely and are comfortable around humans. Observe them from a designated viewing point as they go about their day.
Enjoy some free time to relax on the beach or explore the surrounding landscapes. On sunny days, take a dip in the refreshing waters.
- Boyes Drive - After hours of exploration, enjoy the coastal drive back to Cape Town with a stop at Boyes Drive in Muizenberg, which offers stunning views of the False Bay coast. It’s also a great spot to watch both local and international surfers tackle Cape Town’s waves.

Awesome Penguin Time - Amazing experience which we loved. A short stop at Muizenbrug. Then onto Boulders Bay to se the penguins. They are so cute. You do get up close and personal. A lovely broad walk to them

Great (half) day with Jeff - Our guide Jeff gave us a great day out. Very knowledgeable about the local area, very entertaining and enthusiastic throughout.
We followed the itinerary more or less exactly as outlined and had a great time.
Loved seeing the penguins, I think the time of year we went was rather busy, but as you’d expect, it’s a top attraction.

Excellent trip to see the penguins - This was a wonderful half day tour where we visited the Penguin colony in Boulders Bay. On the journey we stopped in some beautiful spots to take advantage of the amazing scenery and learn lots about South Africa from our very helpful and knowledge guide Yves.

Great penguin excursion, bring your swimming suits. - Great penguin excursion but didn't realized we could of had time to swim at Bouders Beach. The Penguins were very cute and very playful. The sanctuary is well preserved and easy to see the activities from the raised boardwalk. Fun for all ages and handicapped accessible.

Beyond the Scenery: Jean Luc’s Tour Made It Unforgettable - The scenery was breathtaking, but our guide Jean Luc made it even better—sharing so much history and insight about the cities and neighborhoods we passed through. It wasn’t just a tour; it was a deeper look into South Africa’s stories. Jean Luc was also so patient and accommodating to our group. The penguins were so cute and Jean Luc gave us the rundown and managed our expectations well.

Amazing:) - Our trip was amazing, we booked a tour trip and as it was last day of the year (31 December) there was no any other person in the tour except us. Even through the travel agency they arrange a private tour just for two of us. Our tour guide Chris was more then perfect provided us enough time in every stop for walk around and taking pictures, also he was introducing every place we are passing by and explaining the local culture around the city. Not only that, also provide us more time to watch the penguins and time to swim also, and explain the penguin behavior.

Perfect Half-Day Trip - Penguins and Stunning Chapman's Peak Drive - Perfect half-day trip. Saw not only the amazing penguins up close, but also a nice drive through the stunning scenery of the area. Guides were knowledgeable and pleasant -- a nice mix of history and information about the areas we were visiting. Guides were very accommodating. Got to see the amazing views from Chapman's Peak. The spectacular drive is worth the price alone. Seeing the penguins up close in their habitat and other animals along the way was a special treat not to be missed. Highly recommend.
