Fastastic day in Rabat & Casablanca - Our guide picked us up directly at the cruise ship (there was a small delay getting in, but he persisted). The Tour owner was very proactive in making sure that we were picked up, and that all was proceeding well! We asked to tour Rabat first, and Casablanca after so after the Hassan Mosque (Casablanca), we drove to Rabat. The guide suggested many stops (some where we spent more time, some less), but all were interesting. He was flexible & helpful. We had the opportunity to see everything that we wanted in the 8 hour tour!!! We would use this tour agency again, and hope to return to Morocco for a more extended tour .

Wonderful, easy, stress free journey! - Abdou is the best, especially with arranging a guided tour. He is quick to reply, very helpful and very considerate. I was traveling with my mother who had just turned 70, so she was moving pretty slow and he was thoughtful of that when it came to transportation and routes through the Medina. The tour he arranged for us was in his home city of Fes, where he arranged pick up from and to the train station, as well as helping us rebook a Riad that was easier to find and easier to walk to for my mom. There he set us up with Moustapha who was a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable about the city and the Medina and very open to be flexible about taking us where my mom wanted to go. I can not say enough good things about these gentlemen. Always making us feel safe and cared for it took a lot of stress away for me. I would highly recommend! Thank you again!

Great, relaxed tour! - My wife and I had a great time with Jalil, who was our tour guide. We got to see the essential sites in Rabat and Casablanca — at our own pace. Great, well-maintained sedan. We had time to explore each place, allowing us to enjoy each place and take pictures. And of course, Jalil gave us good background about Morocco in order to appreciate each site. This tour is well recommended. Just a reminder: make sure to bring your passport as you’ll need it when visiting the royal palace in Rabat.

Amazing private tour of Casablanca and Rabat - The views were impressive. We took many photos. The driver/tour guide was very courteous. Although his English was limited, he answered all of our questions.

Nice car and weather, bad guide and tour. - Nice car. He was 45 minutes late at the port pick up site. Rushing around, not a guide, a driver who never exited the car except when he, unsolicited, dropped us off at some 'magic oil' back street buddies joint. We passed on his offer to get us a great rug deal. He said they no longer have Medinas. He drove like a complete ass on our return trip. Including constant complaints. Snuffled at the tip I gave and that was the day. Oh yes, no English as ordered so we spoke Spanish.. Eduardo or something close in Moroccan.

Horrible Experience with local company and Viator - We were never told the guide could not enter the port so we went to the place where everyone meets the guides, no guide was there for is. We asked around and a different guide that works with Viator called and was told that we had to walk out of the port to gate 1. Over a mile. We got there and still no one was waiting for us. We asked the port guard and he checked with all the drivers there and none were there for us. We then callekd the number on our ticket numerous times and got the "Office Closed" message. We only had one day in Morocco, so we finally hired a taxi for300 Euro to take us where we were originally booked to go. When we called Viator they transferred us the the Europe office and they argued with us and then hung up on us. May have to stop using Viator after this experience. Still working to get a refund.
