Highlights
- Praia da Duquesa - We bring you to Cascais nature. During the morning, you will have an open water swimming experience, follow by light lunch and a hiking in the nature in the afternoon. The swimming will be of around 1 hour and the distance will depend on your experience. You will be followed by a certified swimming coach. After lunching in Cresmina Dunes, we will go for a 2 hours hiking in Sintra Cascais Natural Park.
