Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Discover the art of hand-rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and how to whip up 2 varieties of homemade pasta with your Cesarina.
To add a finishing touch, you will also master the preparation of the iconic Tiramisu.

Le Cesarine represents the longest-running network of home cooks spread across Italy. These hospitable hosts open up their homes to inquisitive travelers, offering them a deep-dive into authentic culinary traditions.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

A fun, educational and enjoyable evening - Andrea & Graziella were the greatest of hosts! They made us feel welcomed and we had a fun night dining on their rooftop terrace. They were very informative and fun, showing us how to make pasta and tiramisu! Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Exceptional - This was my favorite excursion in Italy. This experience was amazing to share with my daughter because of the warm hospitality of the host. It will be great making an authentic dish of pasta and tiramisu with some sweet people.

Magnifico - Unforgettable experience, one you should definitely book and not miss if you are near Catania.
The hosts catered perfectly around any diet restrictions my wife has, and their terrace has an INCREDIBLE view of Catania. The pasta we were taught to handcraft was some of the best pasta I ever had in my life.

Outstanding day spent in Catania - We had an OUTSTANDING time with Marilou. We learned to make two authentic pastas and a a dessert. We then dined together with Prosecco and shared some good conversation. The food was better than the best Italian restaurants we have been to. I hope to visit again on a future trip.

Fantastic - friendly - good cooking course - Very nice experience. We visit private, and both Marilu and her husbond were Very friendly and open. We felt very welcome. And the cooking was very good. We learnt a lot.

An evening that we’ll remember forever - Angela, our host, was amazing. She was very generous, patient and kind. She taught us a lot about making pasta and small tricks when cooking that only comes with experience. She also shared lots of useful information and history of the dishes. The evening was planned well and it has gone very quickly. She prepared appetiser's for us and shared her secret recipes. The kitchen was very spacious and air-conditioned. We’ll definitely try and make these dishes again once we return home and we’ll fondly remember this experience.

We had the best pasta of our lives. - First of all, we found it really good that our allergies and sensitivities were taken into account. When we got the address, they even offered to pick us up, which was of course very convenient for us. And everything was explained in detail, we made 3 different pastas and two different sauces (including swordfish) we felt like we were cooking with the family, both were very friendly and we felt super comfortable. We can recommend everyone to make the experience themselves. We would definitely do it again.

No thank you — misleading policies - Cancelled 23.5 hours before after falling very I’ll while traveling and were charged full price. Their cancellation policy is a bit misleading and makes it sound like you at least get something back. They asked if we were coming even after they were told we came down with something while traveling. Steer clear or book last minute incase of emergencies - there was still availability the day of when we checked
