09:00-09:30 AM: Depart from your accommodation in Chiang Mai in a comfortable 10-seater air-conditioned VIP van. Start your trip towards Chiang Rai.

11:00 AM: Take a 20-minute break for restrooms and refreshments. Then, continue driving for about 1.5 hours to reach Chiang Rai City.

01:00 PM: Enjoy a one-hour lunch break at a local restaurant.

02:00 PM: Resume the journey towards the Chiang Khong border.

3:30 PM: Arrive at Chiang Khong. Complete the Thai departure formalities and cross the Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge (Bridge No. 4) via a shuttle bus, which takes approximately 20 minutes.

4:30 PM: Reach the Laos border control. Complete your visa process (e-visa or visa on arrival). Once all passengers have crossed, our team will meet you to continue the journey.

5:30 PM: Arrive in Huay Xai, Laos. Drop-off is available at hotels in the downtown area only.
