Highlights
- Clients MUST provide the exact pick-up address (not just the name of the hotel/residence/office).
- Clients MUST have their phone turned on at the time of pick-up.
- Clients MUST consider an appropriate pick-up time, taking into account traffic, and should aim to be at the airport 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
- Clients MUST provide an email address.
- Clients will receive a text with the car make and license plate number 1-2 hours prior to pick-up. Another text will be sent when the chauffeur arrives.
- Clients have 10 minutes of included waiting time for non-airport pick-ups and 60 minutes for airport pick-ups. After that, additional charges will apply. If we do not hear from you during the included waiting time, the chauffeur will leave and you will be charged 100%. Proof of call/text/GPS logs will be provided.
- If clients need more time and inform us during the included waiting time, the chauffeur will wait as long as needed. However, extra waiting charges will apply and must be collected by the chauffeur.
- The luggage capacity for sedans is 2 suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. SUVs can accommodate up to 5 suitcases and 5 carry-on bags. Excessive luggage is NOT allowed in the seating area of the vehicle, so please choose the type of vehicle carefully. Oversized luggage (golf clubs, bikes, weapons, sports equipment, etc.) is restricted. Contact us prior to travel to adjust or upgrade your vehicle.
- CHILD SEATS are not provided by the local supplier. They are mandatory and are the responsibility of the parents or guardians.
- We reserve the right to cancel rides if any of the above requirements are not met.

Quick, reliable and great service - We needed a car to the airport quickly and they didn’t disappoint! Kalo personally saw to it that we had a vehicle, and Ron picked us up in a clean, large SUV within 20 minutes and we were off to the airport. Very helpful given all ride lift services were surge pricing due to a local event in Chicago.

Safe Service & Complete Professionalism - Easy to book and good communication. Kalo was right on time for a very early pick-up and very professional. The SUV was spotless, which is greatly appreciated during the pandemic. I will continue to use Chief Chicago Limo, it was a breeze and overall a truly comfortable and safe experience!
