This was an extraordinary tour - very good service! - We are a travelparty of 6 friends from California, and booked this tour via our agent as we wanted to make sure that all of us would have a day without to much walking. Two of the travelers have both had a hip operation and thereby is reduced when it come to walking to much. Mrs. Svitlana's colleague Mr Robert made sure that they would provide the needed help and walking sticks, and this made a large difference for us. We started somewhat different time to most other tours as advised by Mr. Robert, and as a result, we felt like we had the most of the exclusion zone to ourselves. The Guide's international background made a huge difference to the other tour we took. First of all a very well-spoken English, and secondly he went far beyond expectations when we also visited the "Russian Woodpecker" - the Duga Radar. As a HAM Radio operator, I have heard the phenomena many times during the cold war and it was a true delight to see it first hand. Great stories from Mr Robert along the way and he made us learn much about the backgroun from what is a country that once was hidden behind the iron curtian. This is one of the best executed tours we have ever been on. Kindly, Charles - CA
