  • Kiosk opening times: 9:15am - 4pm daily
  • Please note, as a result of heavy rain, there are high river levels in Prague. As a result of this, the boat tour is unable to operate until river levels return to normal - this is expected to be Friday 20th September

Easy way to get the lay out of the city - The bus was centrally located to our hotel. Easy to hop on and drive around the city and drop at sites we were interested in.

Blue line fine, red line wait and wait - Tour with the blue one is fine, the red line runs in the countryside with a double-decker, 20 minutes everyone who asks you says, but you waited more than an hour and still... Another company is better!

Would not accept credit card payment and sound system did not work - first issue was they would not take credit card for payment at the kiosk - never had a tour company refuse credit card - cash only if booking in person so used up all of our cash float. Then the sound system with their ear phones did not work as it kept cutting out and we could not move seats so we probably heard 10% of the recording We like to learn the history of the place and this is one of the main reasons we pick the hop on buses. Even with the sound we got there was a lot of music and quiet time and not really a lot of information - did not find it value for money as realised the transit system in Prague is excellent and more frequent and could have used this to get to the places further away i.e. the Castle. If you are going to book this would do it on line if you want to pay by credit card

Stops difficult to find. - Sadly, buses really infrequent. The red line stops , really difficult to find and bus only once an hour. Very limited cross over between the red and the blue lines. Still not managed to catch the red line bus yet. The boat trip was lovely. Don’t waste your money buying the 48 hour ticket.

Awful and the most horrible thing you can ever do. - It was the most awful day and thing I have ever done in any of the 100 cities I’ve been to around the world. The hosts are mean and rude and don’t speak any English. One of the female hosts started yelling at people to teach them how to use the app. A Moroccan sale representative named Badr called me a piece of sh*t for no reason. The bus driver stopped the bus and went to pee behind the bushes. I have complained to “the manager” but obviously he doesn’t know how to manage the team and tge team is clearly underpaid and very unhappy. The buses don’t run frequently and the waiting time was up to 90 mins. They sell you the tickets but the don’t communicate with you and tell you where to find the tour guide for the Jewish Quarter nor the castle. The last bus runs at 17:00 which is bizarre in a capital and in summer time. It was shameful to use that service. Definitely not recommended.

AWFUL - DO NOT RECOMMEND - Awful experience with City Sightseeing Prague. The buses were late, the guide and the driver had a verbal fight on the bus once it arrived and the driver was constantly driving on his phone. Completely unsafe and unprofessional. I have contacted the team in Prague 5+ times via social media and email but they have all been ignored. I gave them many chances to respond and writing this review was a last resort. DO NOT use this TERRIBLE, unsafe service that do not care about customers.

Don't waste your time. - The buses never arrive on time and there are not enough of them. You can spend up to half an hour, in the sun, without a single seat to rest. There is no way to communicate with them to find out if they are coming or not. It is expensive and no one attends to you properly or explains it to you. The only thing that was worth it was the boat ride that is included but can be purchased separately directly at Pier 3

Disaster - Not on time buses not on good condition the suspension should be replace after 4 o’clock they disabled not to be found the blue line never appeared in main plaza very disappointed with the service

Scam! - Scammers! The sellers on the street charge 600 more than the normal price. The frequency of the buses would be every 20 minutes, in reality it is every 40 minutes or longer. To avoid!
