The tasting will consist of a cutting board with three different types of cheese, three slices of typical Lazio salami, two slices of Sesto Cocci ham, four crostini with EVO oil, and samples of aromatic gels. Also included with unlimited glasses of wine or soft drink of your choice of water, house beer or Coca-Cola.
As you savor these exquisite delights, you will be transported through all stages of cheese production. Start with a visit to the lush pastures, then move on to the stables where you will witness the milking process. Finally, observe the elaborate cheesemaking process and learn how to create a delicious recipe. The experience will be guided by an expert who will explain the characteristics of the products and the traditions of the area.
The tasting will be accompanied by a virtual tour of a couple of minutes, which will take place with a viewer that participants can use in turn, interspersed with the tasting of the products.
