This private hiking tour offers an excellent opportunity to connect with nature and experience local traditional cuisine. The hike takes place in the Sintra Cascais Natural Park and covers approximately 5km (3 miles). We’ll have time for lunch in the traditional village of Penedo, followed by coffee amidst the beautiful sand dunes.

Santuario da Peninha - Our first part of the hiking is a 5 km (3 miles) circular trail, the difficult of the hike is consider easy.

In this area we will walk, in the top of the mountain through different scenarios, we will go through the enchanted forest, bush area and through historical monuments.

Penedo - Time for lunch in traditional portuguese grilled tavern, in the beautiful village of Penedo.
Duna Da Cresmina - A great place for taking the coffee after lunch in the local bar on top of the dunes. Followed by an amazing hike throught the walkways in the sand dunes, and in to Guincho Beach.
