Two Beautiful Beaches in one day! - Our tour guide, Kay, was FANTASTIC! Our tour ran on time, was organized, provided cold drinks on board and Kay gave us the history of the area. Orient Beach was gorgeous with many options for food and drinks from local restaurants. Mago beach did not disappoint! Private and commercial flights flew overhead, the beach was clean and there was plenty of restaurant/bar options to grab lunch or a drink. 10/10 experience! Our guide was amazing!

What a great day - What a great day we had on this trip. The pick up location is so easy to find as well. Our bus driver, Don, was very knowledgeable and comical and well aware it was our holiday and willing to do what we wanted. He stopped at many places for pictures etc, we were the only 2 passengers. Orient Bay is absolutely stunning and Maho beach was a bucket list item for me. We had plenty of Rum punch available to us too. I can highly recommend this trip, especially for the low price, Thank you Don, we had a great day.

Amazing Day! - Our tour was great. My husband and I had a very relaxing day. David was an amazing tour guide. He provided unending rum punch all day. My husband has knee problems so can’t walk very fast so our 45 minutes always turned into more but David was very patient and kind which went a long way in making our day. He even stopped at supermarket so we could pick up some groceries on our way back to hotel. You certainly can’t go wrong booking this tour.

Captain K is the man! - We did the Half day, two beach, tour. I really wanted to see Maho Beach and the airplanes. Amigo tours gave us that and more. Captain K met us exactly where the instructions said. It was easy to find from the ship port. The van was clean and spacious and a great price for 7 adults. Captain K told us all the history of the island while we drove, they provided cold drinks all day, even for the non drinkers like us. Orient Beach was nice, lots of seaweed. Spend the $60 for 4 chairs and umbrellas because it was hot. Take a short walk down the beach and you will find all the old, nude sunbathers. Maho beach is crowded and crazy. The bus drop is convenient to walk over and see the airplanes. There was no place to sit. I highly recommend eating at the San Bar and then walk over to the beach after. We only had 2 hours to eat and see a few planes. We were back to the ship in plenty of time. I would use Amigo and Captain K again.

Very professional and trustworthy company - Our cruise ship was late getting into port and we missed our tour. The tour operator tried everything to get us to catch up with the tour but was unsuccessful. She then suggested things to do while in town. She was very sweet and caring. Even though we missed the tour, she was very professional representing her company. Therefore I recommend this tour company.

St Maarten, Amigo Tour Orient Bay and Maho Beach day tour - We have been to St Maarten several times. We booked with Amigo Tour arriving with the Enchanted princess. Pick up was at the cruise ship port outside the parking lot at 10.00AM. Humphrey was our driver and tour guide, he was very nice man and very informative. He provided us with all the drinks: bottled water, pops and beer He dropped us at Orient Bay staying for 2 hours on a beautiful beach, we have been there many times. Humphrey picked up us at 12.20 PM and continued to drive us along Marigot, Simpson Bay and finally arrived at Maho beach, we loved watching the plane landed and took off very close to the Beach, very exciting, we had a fabulous time , we wish we could stayed longer in both beaches. We highly recommended Amigo tours especially if you only have one day to spend and like to visit in both the Saint Martin French and St Maarteen Dutch Side. Thank you for another fabulous day in one of my favorite Island.

Great Driver, Not Great Service - Your driver was very informative on our Orient and Maho Beach tour as he explained in great deal about the island. Your front desk staff was nonattentive and rude. We showed up an hour early because the tour was advertised as ship time. She never told us we were early and to use local time. After we waited and then asked what was going on she acted like we were bothering her. Then we waited even longer after the local time to get our ride. I would not use this tour service when there are others on the island.

Not what I expected at all - Amigo tours did not have a representative waiting for us at the front of port location, we did not know the meet up location at the EDC, did not have service on our phones to call. We found the meeting location through other people also searching. Tour did not start on time, and this made it over 30 minutes less on the beach which was on the French side. The Dutch side beach was barely anything to see so we only had lunch. This too was a short stay we had other cruisers on our excursion from another ship that need to embark almost 2 hours before us which cut our time much shorter. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend it. If you want a taxi then just get a taxi this I thought was going be more than just a taxi for $40 a person. The beach chairs on the Maho beach were not included and we had to pay $90 for beach chairs w umbrellas for only 1 1/2 hour stay. Not a fan!

Worst tour dont book - This excursion turned out to be the most unorganized and upsetting tours I have ever been on. To Start: 1. Pickup and drop off from our hotel was included in our tour. We were supposed to receive a pickup time through an email after payment was confirmed. We never did. We and our concierge Nickki (Grand Case Beach Club) Tried contacting Viator, who in turn told us to contact Amigo directly The number on our ticket was +1721524-5159 . This number was not activated. Our concierge even tried to use whats app. We both sent an email, and a message through whats app. We contacted Viator again and asked them (Frank) to call Amigo Tours. He tried with no luck and indidcated He was going to send them an email and would get back to us. After numerous emails, messenger messages, whats app calling Viator and Amigo Whats App. and trying to explain that we can't call Amigo Tours as the number does not work and kept asking for a pick up time instead of these back and forth messages. We finally received it. 2. Our Tour Guide Humphrey From 10am to 11:30 (on our way to Orient Beach) we heard his whole life story and that he use to live in Curaco and then came to Saint Martin to fix the corruption in the dutch governments building department. When he retired he bought a fishing boat and aftter a few years he had engine trouble so started working at Amiga Tours He asked us if he could make a stop on route and we said ok. He took us to this general store in a not so nice area. We all thought he had to pick up something. But no it was to show us his damaged boat in someones backyard. He said he bought it before the hurricane and he was having engine troubles after a few years and then when the hurricane hit, he had no one to help him pull the boat out of the water. His boat was damaged beyond repair so he had to sell it. He promoted the Dutch side but as soon as we got to the French side, he had nothing good to say about it. The road we took to Orient Bay Beach was a dirt road with so many potholes. It was a deserted road. Why he took us that way is unknown as this was not the way we went when we left. When he picked us up from Orient Bay, he made me not the other three passengers, brush the sand off my feet ( I was wearing flip flops) . Please note I did not go in the water. We walked the beach a bit and then looked at the villas for rent and had a drink until the bus arrived. I brushed off my lightly coated sand and I was the last of the 4 passengers to get on the bus. When he saw sand in the aisle way he made me get off the bus again and asked me to scrub the bottom of my flip flops and get all the sand out from the wedges in my flip flops. Embarrassed and humiliated, I tried to do it. He then swept up the sand by the front and looked at me and said "see no sand in my bus" this sand was from the other guests who rented chairs and went in the water) There was less than 1/8 of a cup of sand . Ride to Maho Beach was fine. But the pickup was not as soon as we boarded to go back to the starting point. He said how unhappy he was and that he filled his cooler with drinks and no one was asking for anything. After he dropped off the other couple (there was only four of us) at the cruise ship, he spent the next 45 minutes telling us how everyone is the same and that people need to be kind and help out people. I thought I was at church. We spent 4 hours in total in his vehicle. I could hardly wait to get off. Needless to say I will not be booking a tour when I return to the French Side of Saint Martin next year. If was very disturbing that for an island that should be promoting tourism, would go to such lengths to degrade the french side I plan on sending this same email to Amiga Tours as well, and post on trip advisor and google reviews I would like to recommend that staff be trained to assist inquiries when contacted instead of passing the buck especially when the number you provide is not in service to Amigo Tours
