Make sure you see Hamburg on a bike! - Tony was our tour guide and he was great. Such a fun way to see Hamburg. We experienced the tunnel under the river, the old and new city and the harbor district. this was the best tour on our trip

Everything we wanted and well organised with very good commentary - As part of the Copenhagen Card Hop On Hop Off card choice, if you are in Copenhagen for 3 days or more, it is without doubt well worth travelling all 3 routes which are comprehensive in destinations and linked with interesting commentary. Bus drivers are good and the connections between all 3 routes worked perfectly for us on our first day. Used sporadically afterwards to visit other attractions e.g. The Little Mermaid, Marble Church and Museum of Danish Resistance, we were well pleased with the value and routings availability. It is not difficult to plan your stops and particularly helpful on the red route where 2 buses are operating, you can scan the QR code on their paper map and see real time where your next bus is. Worked like a dream for us and, generally, the buses and timings work very efficiently for a capital city although sometimes the bus wait at The Little Mermaid stop to go and take photographs is not possible.

Great Option for a Rainy Day in Copenhagen. - It was easy and reliable and we were able to see a lot in the short time we were in Copenhagen. It was raining so it was nice to stay dry on the bus. We’ve taken the Hop On Hop Offs in other cities so we knew what to expect.

Okay - I have used this service in New York and London without any issues. This hop on hop off in Copenhagen has been my least favorite. The audio tour and route were fine; however, on two stops (one after the other) would stay for 25 mins at the stop, that is 50 mins lost to waiting. Then on two occasions, the bus - with seating available- blew right past the stops. It was a mess and a bit frustrating. The next day we used Red Sightseeing and it had a slightly different route but the stops were consistent and quick.

SO -SO EXPERIENCE - I have never been a big fan of Hop-on Hop -off bus tours but we needed to reach further a field & my wife convinced me this was the way to go. You have your route and your first hop-off - but when can you hop-on ( too many long waits at stops ) & at times where was the stop. It was not a disaster as we got to see a lot of places including the Mermaid -but it was not stress free.

No timetable at the stops and not punctual. - We took the Copenhagen card Hop-on Hop-off. Not a value for money proposal because it takes one full day till 3 pm to just sit in all three lines. On the second day the absence of time tables at different Stops makes trip planning quite difficult. On would waste a lot of time waiting for the buses exposing oneself to the elements because there are no bus shelters. Overall a disappointing experience

Don't buy this ticket!! - They pick you up at the cruiseterminal, getting back is the problem, leave you at stop nr 12, there you have to wait for a shuttlebus, for more then 1 hour, we made it just in time, some guest missed the boat because off this

From complaint - To forget! I was dropped off along with seven other people at about 5pm at the cruise terminal because the bus was terminating there to bring back the last passengers of two cruise ships moored there and I had to spend the beauty of 40€ taxi back to the hotel! To report!
