Tour of a great city - The hop on hop off tour in Copenhagen was very good. we stopped at all the relevant locations. The drivers were all very nice and answered your questions. The only thing I would recommend would be for the buses to run every 20 minutes instead of every 30 minutes.

Very interesting history of the city. - Loved the canal boat tour. Loved the ability to get off at the various sites that were the most interesting to me. The audio for different languages was very much appreciated

Disappointed that the three advertised routes do not operate Monday to Friday as we had to get taxis to those locations - On Time reliable and comfortable a great service. Bus was clean and arrived at 30 min intervals. We discovered after buying the tickets that the tours to 2 routes do not operate Monday to Friday only on Weekends which reduced the value in our minds. We searched the brochure and website but this was not mentioned anywhere. So beware.

Do this in Copenhagen! - Always a great way to get oriented to a new city - I always start with a Hop-On Hop-Off tour. This one was special because it included a 1-hour boat tour, with a guide describing the various old & new buildings. Totally worth the price!

Belting Bus Tour - Comprehensive bus tour, drivers great, very helpful. Bus stops at Little Mermaid for 10 mins for photos. Buses every 30 mins and useful app to track buses. Bought tickets from the main office. Shanel was very welcoming friendly and very helpful.

Not great - Not a great hop on bus hardly any commentary...bit boring...I am not sure if it's the city or just the tour.

Just an ok tour. No real information, but it worked. - Took this on a rainy day on our cruise stop in Copenhagen. We got on the shuttle bus from our ship and were whisked away to the Little Mermaid stop, where we walked around for a bit before hopping onto the bus again to take the tour. Some decent information, but nothing too great to come out of it. Couldn’t find any information on how to do the boat tour part of the ticket so that was a waste of money. It did what we needed it for on our rainy day, but it wasn’t particularly great. Lots of folks complained about the long waits for a shuttle back to the cruise ship. We sat for 15-20 minutes while the driver talked to another member of their team at a stop.

Only good as a return bus fare. - This was advertised as a hop-on, hop-off tour experience. It was priced affordably, and as far as getting a return into town and back from our cruise terminal - that was the highlight. The tour was prerecorded and reasonably informative. Hopping on and off however proved entirely unrealistic. A circuit takes about an hour and a half, so with 4 and a half hours on shore that day, this seemed a good way to approach seeing Copenhagen. However, once off, the busses were full and wouldn’t let us “hop back on”. Eventually we got back on one, which got as far as the little mermaid, then announced it was “taking a break and no idea what would be next”. So, that was to for every sense and purpose “end of the line”. We saw 90% of the tour, once, got drenched waiting for multiple buses to find one with capacity for 2 people, and lost most of a day to the experience. Wouldn’t recommend beyond a £20 per person return ride into town from the cruise terminal.

Red Sightseeing Copenhagen NOT 24hour tours! - Bought 24hr sightseeing tickets for 4 people, 2 with mobility issues. Only found out on the second day that Red Sightseeing didn't operate on the 2nd day, Tuesday 5th November. We had asked about using the ticket the following day, including the canal trip and were told they were valid. So, having had to walk and get cabs we ended up having our whole schedule thrown out by misinformation and dare I say being mis-sold ? Anyway, dissapointed to say the least. Will see what they say in response to the email sent requesting a full refund. Suffice to say, can't recommend them, just stick to the bus with the official stickers on the side and avoid red sightseeing unless you ask lots of questions you didn't know you needed to ask!

More than an hour waiting at the starting point! Never again! - The ticket purchased on board the AIDA was valid for 10.10.24. Like many others on the ship, the "normal" tour should go through Copenhagen with the RED Sightseeing. The dangers then also became - but only after an hour of waiting at the cruise terminal. A queue of well over 100 guests stood there with their legs in their stomachs, partly in the rain. Tip: Just don’t buy a ticket beforehand, but only drive on site with a line that also runs. The other lines at least ran, but a change made no sense for us - you don't want to pay twice!
