Just fabulous - Excellent trip, thought all the hype beforehand would lead to a disappointment but it didn't. The scenery was outstanding albeit helped by wonderful sunny weather. West Ireland isn't renown for being so obliging! Loved every part of the trip aided by a knowledgeable guide. The guide even managed to get a struggling coach back to Cork City despite a major computer malfunction and keep us in reasonable spirits regardless.

Lovely day out to Ring of Kerry - We had a great tour guide , Steve. He told us many historical facts about Ireland , some if his adventures and he even sung a little song at the end.

Killarney Park and tour the region of the Ring of Kerry - The tour was really very informative, and we saw a lot of beautiful things. It was definitely longer of a day than I expected, and did not see some of what he said would be gorgeous because of weather. You can't do anything about the weather, but a lot of sitting on the bus, it started to get long ... probably one of the most enjoyable parts was doing the horse and carriage ride through Killarney national Park !!!! I did enjoy our tour guide. He was humorous, and he loves his job.!!!!

Shame about the weather.. - A good enough day trip, easiest way to tour the Ring of Kerry, and reasonable value for money. Driver was very knowledgeable with his history and stories, and was very clear, efficient and organised . Only the rain in Killarney spoilt the day. I would recommend however that people decline the 16 euro horse carriage ride in Killarney, you really don't see anything except a distant glimpse of Ross Castle, not adequately to take photos. Better off getting a taxi there and back in the hour or so you have. I would also suggest adding a stop at Daniel O'Connell s House for photos, as we drove past it, It would only add 15 minutes to the day. The tour took 9.5 hours not the 11 as advertised so there was plenty of time.

Wild West coast of Ireland - I wanted to feel the wild scenery of the ring of Kerry and the trip succeeded in providing me with the history and real feel of the Ireland I had come to visit. I would highly recommend this trip.

Ok experience - It was nice to be on the bus sitting up higher to see more. It was more of transportation to areas then a tour. You get off the bus and you are on your own to see or do what you want. This is how it is advertised- nothing is included. Our driver was a bit harsh. Repeated lectures but safe driver.

A guide/driver nightmare - An excursion that promised to be fantastic turned into a nightmare because of the Guide/Driver. He also breached the program that promises the excursion. Guide/driver a poorly educated man who did whatever he wanted. I don't recommend it at all. Same thing happened to us on the Cliffs of Moher tour from Cork: same Guide/driver, same nightmare

Do not book - Do not book this tour. I saw some other negative reviews but went anyway, and I regret spending a full day in Ireland this way. The roads would have been difficult to drive on your own, but I’d recommend finding an alternative tour company or route. My rec to Paddywagon tour company overall, is this route needs to be redesigned, or put a bathroom on the bus. When multiple tour buses arrive and get off at the same time at each of the stops, the lines for the 2-stall only bathrooms take 15 minutes, but your stop is only 20 minutes. The driver makes it clear multiple times that he will leave you, and you will have to take a 100€ taxi back if you aren’t on the bus when he says to return. He told a story before almost every stop about how he has left a group. Wouldn’t it make sense to change the tour route a bit and allow for longer timing at three main areas instead of 5+ stops? Killarney park stop- you’d miss out greatly if you don’t do the horse and carriage for the 16 euro up-charge. It takes you through the national park on the walking route where carriages can also go, and it’s a nice relaxing morning. Even this hour long stop was rushed, we did not get to see anything except the horse and buggy, and overall it made it Killarney unenjoyable. In Waterville, which looked like a lovely area to hang out by the water, by the time you wait in line for food and then eat, you get to see Waterville for less than 5 minutes. I’d recommend packing a lunch, and eating it at the picnic tables by the beach, taking in the views, instead of the restaurant. Sneem stop is the one I’d remove- it was a stop for the giftshop and ice cream only. The driver did a great job of stopping at lots of view points for photos, but we had to exit and enter the bus so quickly that we didn’t get to stay and take it all in, or get any good photos. A photographer on our bus was upset with being rushed. The Torc waterfall was what I wanted to see most, and the stop there was too brief as well. We had to wait in a long line over many other tour buses full of people to get a spot to take a picture at the top, and run back to the bus directly afterwards. There was zero time to enjoy the scenery.
