The Inca city is situated near the divine elements (sky, sun, moon, stars, and mountains). This breathtaking trek leads to the last mysterious sanctuary of the Incas. Choquequiraw (3103 m) is an expansive archaeological site located near the sacred Salkantay mountain (6271m) and the Apurimac river canyon. Participants will be captivated by the stunning mountain landscapes, Andean flora, and fauna.
This trail features a segment of some of South America’s original Inca paths, rich in history and legend. The journey spans 60 km over 4 days.

Day 02: Playa Rosalinas – Marampata – Choquequiraw
Choquequirao Archaeological Park - After breakfast, the ascent to the village of Marampata (2850m) begins, offering a splendid view of the Choquequiraw archaeological site. Along the route, participants will encounter a diverse array of tropical flowers, plants, and bird species. In the afternoon, the archaeological site is explored, followed by a move to the Choquequiraw camp.

Day 03: Choquequiraw – Playa Rosalinas – Chiquisca
Playa Rosalinas - After a hearty breakfast, the return journey to Chiquisca begins. A steep descent to Playa Rosalinas allows for a restful break in the shade, followed by an ascent to the hamlet of Chiquisca where camp is set up.
