• Cusco - The day starts bright and early, with pickups scheduled between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. directly from your accommodations in Cuzco to Cusipata.

The initial journey will last about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

• Cusipata - The first stop is in Cusipata, where you’ll have 30 minutes to enjoy breakfast.

From there, the journey continues for another hour and a half, passing through the village of Pitumarce, until reaching Hanchipata-Llama Chimpana, where the hike begins.

• Vinicunca Mountain - At the highest point of the mountain, you’ll have the chance to observe various types of South American camelids (relatives of camels).

There will also be an opportunity to visit the red hill, where you can take in the stunning scenery and capture some beautiful photos. Please note that the entrance fee to the red hill is not included in the ticket price.

• Cusco - The hike concludes with a 1-hour descent to flat terrain, returning to the starting point of the walk.

Here, the driver will be ready to take you back to the District of Cusipata, where you can enjoy a delicious traditional lunch for 1 hour.

After lunch, the return trip to Cusco will commence, with an estimated arrival time of 3:30 p.m.
