Our driver was amazing... - Our driver was amazing and made us really feel safe. We’ll be back and hoping to get the same driver.

Excellent trip - The animation team made our day each day! They were very engaging with us and played games both by the pool and by the beach with the patrons and also danced with us each night! We especially wish to commend Lissette for making us feel welcomed each day. She also was very good with the children at the resort and the kids responded well with her.

DO NOT BOOK HERE - The host never answered my calls, text or emails. Viator is not about customer service, DO NOT BOOK through them. The host say we were no show and Viator did not approve our refund and left us stranded at the Montego Bay Airport

Worse driver ever - The driver was the worse. He drove at unsafe speeds, aggressively passing any car in front of him, frequently driving on the wrong side of the road. We booked roundtrip but the company closed out our trip and stopped communicating. We had to involve Viator to assist with the return. We specifically asked for a new driver but they sent the same guy - or he may be the only guy, He drove only slightly better. If you would like your driver to be safe and grant you peace-of-mind on your trip, avoid this company.
