You’ll rendezvous with your guide in the hotel lobby at 8:30am to begin your journey to Cangshan Mountain. From there, you will board the Gantong cable car to reach the mountain and take in sights of streams, a chessboard, and waterfalls. Your adventure continues with a hike along the Jade Belt Road, featuring 19 peaks and 18 rivulets, with Malong peak - standing at an elevation of 4122 meters - being the highest. Today, prepare to trek approximately 9.8 kilometers, an excellent opportunity to reconnect with nature and enjoy the fresh, oxygen-rich air amidst verdant mountain landscapes. Please ensure comfortable footwear and don’t forget to pack water. It’s recommended to bring along some snacks as commercial establishments are sparse on the mountain. After descending the mountain via the chairlift, you will be privately transferred to Dali old town, where lunch will be organized at a local restaurant. Following the meal, you will tour the Dali old town.
