Nice place to relax - Relaxing and food was delicious, nice place to chill out and have a shower between flights. Nice and quiet to.

Excellent and recommended hotel when I really enjoyed my stay at Dubai International Airport Hotel. - I stayed in Dubai International Airport Hotel. I found out that Danna & Laraine are very helpful. I came to Dubia via terminal 1 where unfortunately missed out my cell phone there. I approached Danna & Laraine requesting their helps. Danna (Manager) aske Laraine (receptionist) to go with me back to terminal 1 by train to communicate with the security there. I was lucky that I found my cell phone and got it back because of the helps of Laraine and Danna. I really do highly appreciate their helps and recommend staying there in that hotel because of the staff members are very care of their guests.

Relaxing interlude - Able to relax between taxing flights without being bothered at all by efficient staff. Good options were varied and fresh.

Good place to relax - Nice place to relax a bit, have a shower and passable food with some options suitable for vegetarians. Quiet until it started to fill up.

Oh well - Well sold. A closed, rather small area with armchairs, closely spaced, no place to lie down. The offers are fulfilled at the lowest level. Price-performance ratio is rather poor.

10 hour stopover, lounge has no where to sleep. - £80 for 6 hours, good food, sadly nowhere to sleep as only 6 small booths all occupied. A glass of wine cost extra £10. Poor value. These places need to provide more dark sleeping places where you can lie down.

Was it worth the effort? - It took me 30 mins to get to the lounge because the airport terminal is huge. And then another 30 mins to get to my gate. And as it was morning, I felt that I could both make best use of the food and beverages. If you have 5 hours spare and arrive in the afternoon/evening, it probably is worth the money and effort. Otherwise, there is an obscene number of eateries that will offer far better value for money.

DXB poor management - Bad management of airport. Just feel delayed not only 30 mins to 4 hours, it’s 1 days delayed without any compensation. Very bad airport. Belief me, the lounge also will be so bad.

Very disappointing experience - I visited the Plaza Premium lounge in Dubai airport terminal 3 Concourse A in April 2024. The staff at reception were friendly. However the experience went down hill after check in. The lounge is actually very small when you get in it and it was very busy, with very few seats available. As I was not able to find anywhere in the lounge area to seat a family of four I went to the restaurant part of the lounge. This is also very small, with very limited selection of food (rice, some meat balls and other hot dishes, bread, small selection of salad, crackers and some cake), none of which looked appetising, with the hot dishes looking like they had not been refreshed for some time. I had read there was an al la carte menu and there is a QR code in the tables to scan for the menu. However this only came up with drinks, and no food. I visited the toilets before I left. Two out of three toilets were blocked and didn’t look particularly clean. Needless to say I won’t be visiting this lounge again. It’s one of the worst lounges I have visited and I am a frequent flyer so have seen many airport lounges.

Not happy - I had a delayed flight so had less time in the longue. I was under the impression that the lounge was terminal 3. Whilst it was I was advised that I had to get a train to get to the lounge, which would take approx 30 mi utes. As such it seemed more effort than it was worth. I feel I was mislead about the location of the lounge, without knowing Dubai airport well. Not happy
