Patrick was an incredible guide! - Patrick was an awesome guide. Very kind, personable and engaging. And he was also extremely knowledgeable about Irish history, and was great storyteller and ability to share his vast knowledge. He was also able to provide us with an add on to the trip, which was a boat ride along the Cliffs of Moher. So we were able to see the Cliffs from the sea and from the top of the Cliffs. It was breathtaking. We highly recommend this trip, and Patrick!

Perfect Views. - The cliffs are beautiful and breathtaking. Wow. Bunratty was a surprising bound. Alex was a wonderful guide and driver. He had a lot of great information on the area and seemed to really love his country and job. I highly recommend this trip to anyone. The small group tour was perfect for our family of three. Making memories. Thanks Alex and Elegant Irsh Tours.

Multi stop experience - We really enjoyed all we got to see, but I think there was an extra stop, which provided us with an additional experience but made for a longer day than anticipated. I would do the tour again, but would plan better for meal times.

Fantastical Cliffs of Moher from below and above! - Fantastical! Rare opportunity to view The Cliffs of Moher from below *and* above on one tour, as well as visiting Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. Driver-guide Dominick is knowledgeable, entertaining, and attentive to passengers’ needs. Highly recommended.

Great tour and fantastic guide! - Our tour guide Kieron (I'm probably misspelling that) was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and funny. The smaller group size made it feel a lot more personal and we had a great time getting to know the other people on our tour. Overall a fantastic experience!

A ruined day - We took a tour from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher with my partner. An experience nothing short of disgusting, in addition to the fact that it is not a tour but a rental with driver, you do not have time to do absolutely nothing, each stage provides 10 minutes of descent to the ground, after this time the "guide" begins to freak out and scold you even if we were on a school trip. The aforementioned "guide" then, if you can call it that, in our case was called Dominik, an unpleasant person, petulant, boring, logorrheic, overbearing, anxious and whatever. IMPORTANT THING: if you do not come from English-speaking countries or you do not have a perfect command of the language like me, do not even think about contacting this agency or you will only annoy Dominik the fearsome even more! In general avoid them like the plague.

Terrible. Worst tour I’ve ever been in - Dominic - Guide Terrible Only one drop off point on West Moreland, not what was outlined in the description. Said it would begin and end at same point. Would not pickup at our hotel FitzWilliam even though it was listed in description. Had to walk to the Shelbourne. Late to pickup Stopped down the street and waved us down Not real structured as outlined in the description. Left it open to vote on itinerary. One loud mouth New Yorker answered and guide didn’t ask anyone else. Only one person guide driver combo. Took hand held phone calls while driving. Had WiFi on the bus but it didn’t work. After an hour on the bus they realize that a group of 2 were on the wrong tour. They should have been on a private tour but were told to be picked up by this group tour. Seems to be a really disjointed and not organized company. Constantly talking about how much time we can’t waste at stops and how that is a disaster. Rush rush. Not enough time at the cliffs and that’s the only reason I was on this tour. 52 minutes at the cliffs. It took us that long to walk to the highest point and back as fast as we could walk. No time to enjoy or go to the interpretive center. He talked the whole morning about getting a sandwich and chips and picnicking on the cliffs but there wasn’t any time. Finally got to eat a bite at 2:30pm when we got back to the van. He drives the roads crazy, hit a bump and swerved and our sandwiches all spilled in the dirty floor. So we went another several hours till we were back in Dublin to get something to eat for dinner after being rushed all day and not able to eat breakfast or lunch. It was just a sh** show. Took us to the castle and gave us a map and told us to guide ourselves. The guide sings a lot of songs and can’t sing. Guide lost his train of thought quite often and was all over the place scatter brained. Just a hurry, hurry check the box kind of tour. Not worth any amount of money.
