Excellent experience ✅❤️ - A very nice experience with a very lovely guide, I forgot my passport but they took me by car to collect it from my home and then dropped me off at one of the bus stations. The different guides take the time to give information about the different places we visit. I recommend ❤️

Our guide was... - Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us so much history on the war and how the different countries were affected. We had stops for food and drinks and the restroom. The van very comfy!! We had another local tour guide in Mostar who was a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend!

A super day out - We had a long but very enjoyable day, travelling to Mostar, Bosnia with our superb guide, Carmela, who was very informative and pleasant to us all day. We loved Mostar and the surrounding countryside. Our guided tour in Mostar, 45 minutes was sufficient and left us time to explore on our own for almost 2 hours. Scenery was magnificent and we were never bored. All in all excellent value for a 13 hour day out. Thank you especially to Carmela. As this tour is a long day, we would not recommend bringing children!!

Highlights of Bosnia - Nice tour and the guide on the bus was quite knowledgeable. My son forgot his shoes on the bus and the team worked very hard to find them and get them back to us. I am very impressed with the service!

Beautiful and charming Bosnian experience - Bus was fairly prompt in collecting us in the morning. Would recommend taking food with you for the morning as an early pick up. Bus was comfortable. Tour guide on bus have good historical information. Took approx 3 hours to reach the waterfalls. TAKE EUROS IN CASH!!! Hardly anywhere in Bosnia takes card. We stupidly didn’t have any cash, so had to take some from a cash machine in Bosnia which charged me €6 to take it out!! Also we were informed that nowhere in the world will exchange Bosnian currency, which meant we had to spend all of our money there! The waterfalls are stunning, but the water is freeezing between 7-10 degrees C. Good for some cold water therapy if you’re into that! The old town of Mostar is approx 1 hour from the waterfalls. The town is beautiful and the UNESCO heritage site is well kept. Would advise wearing loose light clothing as it gets extremely hot, apparently up to 50-60 degrees celcius in summer!! Also advise wearing trainers as the bridge is quite slippery to walk over. If you’re feeling dare devilish, you can jump from a platform near the bridge into the river. Apparently they hold the Red Bull diving competition from the old bridge each year. Overall would recommend this trip. However please note that the trip for us was 13.5 hours, so much longer than the stated 10 hours!

I loved mostar and also... - I loved mostar and also waterfalls.however our staying in Mostar was very short especially when you have to eat your lunch in one of the resturants. I wish we could take all the information in the bus and have more time for own in Mostar.

Generally good trip all round - A great little tour to kravice waterfalls and mostar today! The tour is well organised from their behalf, however border control can be a massive pain so brace yourself for that. The visit to kravice waterfall is beautiful as you would expect. It's great for instagrammers and you ll find every fighting for a spot at the bottom! In all honesty, as wonderful as they are, in my opinion they aren't worth 10 euros each to see. I've seen much better ones in Wales for free, but I guess being a tourist they extract as much as possible. On to Mostar. A very charming place with plenty of culture, history and crazy lads who throw themselves off a huge bridge for a bit of fun (and tips). Be sure to see them nearly kill themselves as they leap majestically In into the river like a salmon on steroids! All in all, its a great day tour, but be aware it is an ALL DAY tour so you probably will be tired. They also hit you with a 3 euro per person tourist tax so make sure you account for that.

Should have more free time - The tour is interesting and knowledgeable. We see beautiful places and the ride is very peaceful as well. Unfortunately its a very long trip about 12h (unlike the description that says 10) and we had about only 2 hours of free time total. We left on time, crossed the borders pretty fast, the guide explained a lot and gave plenty of valuable information. The first stop was Mostar, we had a local guide walk with us to show the main sites and tell the history of the town. We had about 1.5h free time. (It is very crowdy and has plenty of pickpockets so be careful). The second stop was the waterfall. The entrance for this has to be paid apart (10 E), but they don't give an option of not participating. IF its part of the tour should included in the initial price to pay online, as they accept only cash, and honestly who uses cash nowadays!!!! They did not inform us of 3 euro tax to enter Bosnia (Should be included in the description!!!) Another thing that bothered me a lot: the description very poorly written, hardly has any information on what to expect . For example the waterfall lake is accesible to swim, but as no such information was provided I and many people didn't come prepared. We had less then 1h free time, this is absurd, compared to Mostar, since the place is beautiful and we could swim and eat there. Overall the trip is nice, especially if you want to visit another country and see just how different they are regardless of being neighbours.

Poor organisation and communication - We were told pick up would be 6:40am from a specific location near our accommodation. A bus did not arrive. I had to message on WhatsApp and then a little later a mini-van picked us up and dropped us somewhere else. We were kept waiting approximately 25 mins from the time we were told. The way back was even worse. As we were the last to be picked up, we expected to be the first to be dropped off. But the bus did not go through Gruz at all. We were the last on the bus and then Tour Guide Maria asked where our hotel was. This showed how poorly organised this trip was and we ended up getting back at 8pm. That’s over 13 hours from when we started. The trip was advertised as being 10 hours. Unfortunately, this really ruined the experience for us and the communication was poor.
