Very great trip to Mostar with lots of information and great impressions! - We booked a private tour and Gabrijel was our driver. We were "only" expecting a driver to take us from A to B and were therefore all the more surprised when we got to know our very professional guide throughout the entire trip. He has an incredible amount of detailed knowledge and conveys this in a very pleasant and engaging manner!! He tailored our trip to us so individually that we had enough time to enjoy Mostar with its beautiful surroundings and delicious food! We would love to do this tour again - especially with Gabrijel!!!

Perfectly paced tour - great way to see Herzegovina! - Gabrielle was the perfect tour guide! We had a great time and this was a very well-paced tour. First we went to the waterfalls and had more than enough time to take in the view. Then in Mostar we also had enough time to walk around and see the sights. There was also adequate time to stop for the bathroom or to get a small snack/drink on the way to and from the locations on the tour. Gabrielle told us a lot about the history of the area, and we could ask lots of questions. He was very knowledgeable and I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone else.

A great winter day in Mostar, Kravice Falls and Pocitelj! - We had an amazing day out to Mostar and Kravice waterfalls with our small group tour headed by Gabriel and Yelena. It’s our second tour with Amico and it was another great experience - comfy van, well planned stops, a local guide, Marko, to help provide a great overview of the town of Mostar ahead of our free time for sightseeing and a lot of storytelling along the way as Gabriel points out interesting points from both Croatia and Bosnia along the way. Highly recommend this tour! We even got a bonus stop at Pocitelj which was another very interesting site showing the Ottoman influence in Bosnia. Thank you, Gabriel and Yelena, for a great sightseeing day! We not only saw more than what we would have if we did this ourselves, we also learned a lot more about the colorful history of Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Good experience - Interesting visit which is done in 2 languages (and not just in English as with other tour operators). We traveled by mini bus which is quite comfortable and air-conditioned. The Staff (English driver/guide + Spanish guide) are pleasant, attentive and available. We are in good hands with them. Thank you for this day! We recommend amico tour.

Kravice / Mostar daytrip - The trip was really well planned and executed. I read a lot of reviews ahead of booking the Kravice/Mostar trip. We had about 10 on the tour. We were on a good quality air conditioned minibus. The driver and guide were two different people so both could concentrate on what they were best at. We also had a separate guide for the walking tour of Mostar. The timing with an early start minimized the wait at the border crossing. The Falls were beautiful. If you want the best lighting on the falls, we were a little to early. They face mostly East but are on a curve and need the sun to be higher to be fully lit. Because of our early October date and early in the day arrival time there weren't any crowds so we could see everything comfortably. The tour of Mostar is mostly just a few blocks walk on the small shop filled main street with the bridge in the middle. Definitely worth seeing but only there for tourist trade. Our primary guide was Darijo. He was terrific. He spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the history and politics of both Dubrovnik/Croatia and Mostar/Bosnia. Best of all his delivery was filled with good humor and easy to understand despite some of the material being complicated. I would definitely recommend requesting Darijo as your guide and scheduling the trip according to his schedule if you have the freedom to do so.

Well worth the early start and lots of driving - We really enjoyed our day in Bosnia and Herzegovina and we fully recommend this to anyone seeking a day out while staying in Dubrovnik. We had an early start, but this was worth it to spend so much time at the waterfalls and Mostar. The waterfalls were spectacular and the lake was super refreshing to swim in. Mostar was beautiful and I loved exploring the old streets, although it was very busy. Our guide Matej answered all of our questions and his commentary was super interesting. The minibus rides were long, but they felt shorter thanks to the commentary and the regular stops.

Fantastic Tour! - The whole trip ran like clockwork and was really well organised. Leaving earlier and being in a small group meant that we were a lot more efficient in getting around, less waiting, and border control wasn't too long. Our tour guide Darijo was great, really interesting and friendly and we never felt rushed. The scenery en route was incredible and we loved swimming in the waterfalls. Mostar was also nice, and we had a delicious Bosnian meal at Food House. We would have loved to have learnt more about the history of Mostar on a longer walking tour, but appreciated the free time. We would really reccomend this tour, it's been the highlight of our holiday so far!

A grand day out - Very early morning start (to get ahead of the crowds at the border crossing). Comfortable medium size coach. Interesting, knowledgeable guide on the bus itself but the local guide at Mostar not so impressive. Overall the tour was well-organised, friendly. The journey itself was enjoyable. We would have liked a little more time at Mostar – perhaps another hour. The Kravice Waterfalls fascinating and a great photo opportunity. Mostar, as you might expect, Is a bit of a tourist trap with everything centred around the famous bridge. Still, worth the visit and at 50 Euros per person very good value.

Great tour operator, beautiful waterfalls, but too long in Mostar - Tour was very well-organised and guides were brilliant - it's an early start but that meant zero issues at border control and a smooth journey all round. More time at the waterfalls and less time in Mostar would have been preferable. Despite assurances that card would be accepted in Mostar, restaurants there were extremely unwilling and in some cases outright lied about being able to pay this way (forcing you to then take out cash in KM at an exorbitant few). Euros are accepted in cash form which is useful - but only if you've brought enough cash to begin with, as you cannot take more out in Mostar. This can make three hours in the heat there quite painful. Even with the right amount of cash in advance, the city is rammed with coach tours visiting the same small street. Waterfalls were far more pleasant but arguably too short a stop (1hr vs 3hr in Mostar)! However none of that is the fault of the tour operator, who were kind, organised and incredibly knowledgeable, with a comfortably air conditioned minibus throughout. Would recommend Amico Tours to anyone.

(Not) Amico Tour - We have decided to go with Amico. We have changed the dates of the trip to make it happen. However, we have been shifted to some other company. Of course, noone informed us in advance about it. Poor coomunication and rude behavior lead to our rating of: “highly not recommending” By the way, tour with other company was good. But we are rating a tour with Amico - the tour hasn’t happened.
