Glen co lough ness Jacobite steam train - Myself and my husband (30’s) did the two day tour with the amazing Laurie, she couldnt of done enough for us and the she was so easy to listen to and talk to whilst on your trip sharing stories and history lessons we did glen co lough ness cruise, Jacobite steam train and also did loads of extra stops, stopped along the way for coffee break and toilet breaks and there was plenty of them! The bus was very comfortable and we had an over night stay in Ben nevis hotel which was very nice even had a pool which was a bonus! Food was lovely there and so was breakfast! We had such a great time with Laurie and met so many nice people on our trip we would highly recommend this trip to everyone we had a great time!! Will defo do another trip!! Tia and David

Bring you own food if possible - Scenic views. Lunch was terrible though. The bus ran into traffic which made the long day longer. But the views were nice

Tim was a great guide! - Tim was funny, knowledgable, and a great driver. We had time to take a few side trips as well as the cruise on Loch Ness (which was too short but I understand they had to keep to the schedule). Definitely a top-notch day!

Day trip to remember - My husband and I had an amazing time on this day trip with our driver lucky. The information that’s he gave us was very informative. Lucky had really smooth driving skills especially on the narrow street where we thought there was not enough space. Lucky’s music selection and sense of humor really kept us going.

Skip this One - Long Day on the Bus - The Jacobite Steam and Scottish highlands adventure. Skip this one. A very long day just sitting on the bus while the tour guide drone on and on about some ancient Scottish history. Very gloomy. The guide didn’t have a good thing to say about Scotland! We spent hours on the bus - no wifi, no trash can, nothing to cheer about, just lots of rain. The Jacobite Train was the most disappointing. The view is stunning but you can get a better value for your money and time. Not a single stop to see the coos. On a positive note, the guide played some good music in the little time she stopped yapping about beheadings, witchcraft and some ancient royal spats. Like I’m on vacation to get a degree in Scottish gory history. Do better. For a trip this expensive, we didn’t appreciate all the gloom. Whatever happened to Scottish Shortbread, Single malt whiskey, golf, sheep and amazing clothing and not to forget Bag Pipes. Skip this one.

Great view from the bus window - the WORST experience - When I booked this tour I knew that would be a long road journey. But I couldn't imagine that It would be a just a bus journey until Lock Ness and than back to Edinburgh. There wasn't any stop on the highlands to apreciate the beautiful landscape. The places that the bus stoped didn't have properly facilities to recieve a lot of people at once. Besides the fact that the tour was made in a unconfortble small bus (van) specially if you consider that It was a long roadtrip. The sound system from the bus was compromised with the lound ar condicioner sound so It was difficult to understand the things the guide/bus driver was saying during the trip. I looked online for videos about this same tour made by other companies and It was more than clear that It's nothing like what this companie offer. I do not recommended at all ether the tour / itinerary made for then nether the services offered. I've been travel for a awale and this was my WORST experience ever doing a hired tour.
