We felt like we were the first ones to book - We were at the kockurs yesterday. It didn't match the description but it was still great. Nobody will go to the market with you and if you are not convinced meat eaters it will probably be difficult. We arrived tomorrow as booked and 11, the staff were sure that no Coocking Calss are offered :) Only the boss of the restaurant who showed up knew. We were then placed in a waiting position in the sun with a very good coffee. As we hadn't had any coffee yet, this was very convenient. When we had finished our coffee, the staff was informed about the Special Situation at this day. We were allowed to learn how to prepare a "medfuna" (berber pizza) and their special dish "Kalia" in a tagine. Under the guidance of the Boss and the chef. The chef was very careful to ensure that we all did everything correctly. This enabled us to learn a lot. We spent 2 hours alternating between the kitchen and in Front of the Offen. There was only time for a quick tea in between. At the end we quickly conjured up a Moroccan salad. We ate ouer self prepert food outside in the beutifull Garden. There was so much fodd that we took most of it home with us! Everyone was very helpful! Recipes to cook at home would be useful for the future.
