Good service - At first, I was skeptical given the comments, but I have to say that it went very well for me maybe the period with less attendance. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived at Fiumicino airport. I got a bus right away. I didn’t see a crowd, aggressive, wanting to get on a bus at all costs. So I tried the experience again to get back to the airport and similarly at Termini train station well organized I could take a bus without queuing. I think I was lucky 😊

Hassle free airport transfer Fiumicino - Bus from Fiumicino is so easy and hassle free. Depending on city traffic between 45-60 minutes. No worrying about sitting near cases like train. Luggage in hold and sitting comfortably. Left on time and straight into Termini in under an hour even during weekend of Pope Francis's funeral. Return journey to and from airport cost us around €13 Recommended.

Good experience - Everything ok, bus on time, good and safe ride. Good value. Staff is good, one member helped me to be at the right place when I arrived to terminal.

Punctual, reliable, easy - The terravision coach was easy to find when we arrived outside terminal 3. There were members of staff on hand to help direct us. The coach was very punctual. On our return journey we took an earlier coach than the one we'd booked and as the coach wasn't full, this was no problem - but may not have been possible at a busier time. The coach was comfortable and took us much quicker than I expected to where we needed to be. Thank you for making it easy for us! Travelling with 3 kids can be stressful but this part of our travel was not stressful at all!

Great deal - Easy to use voucher for bus ticket from airport to Termini train station. A Taxi costs about 55 Euros, so this is a great deal. You go to the bus area outside and look for the bus company stall. We had a reservation but our airline was delayed by 4 hours. No problem, they still accepted the tickets. Comfortable ride , no stress! You can catch the Metro , train or Uber from Termini.

Punctuality and breadth of hours - Travel with my family. Our hotel was 15 minutes from the termini station. We took the tickets back and forth online..very simple the procedure. Our plane back was leaving at 7 in the morning and we had to catch the bus at 4.50 This company was very good for the long schedule of buses even at night.. we caught it at 4.50 in the morning.. the stop is outside the Termini station, so it is easy to locate.. they were very punctual both to and from the return.

Getting to Rome - On time, in safe hands, willing to assist, so easy from pick up to drop off very convenient and a fair price. For me it is the preferred way to the City Centre.
