Excellent service - My friend recommended taking the bus as the taxi did not arrive. I quickly bought the ticket online. And I did not regret - punctuality and service was great. I arrived earlier than the scheduled trip. The staff was so kind to take me in. I had a pleasant experience.

Best transfer from Fiumicino to Rome and back - All good! The bus was clean and air-conditioned. It was really cheap to get from Fiumicino airport to Rome and back in a few days (11EUR total, bought online).

Happy travelers - Very convenient transfer from/to Fiumicino airport (we took both transfers), the flight arrived a bit earlier for the time slot we bought tickets, but there was no problem for us to embark in the earlier transfer. The transfer to Termini was pretty fast, the Air Conditioning a blessing. We would definitively use this transfer option again.

Went well - With a hot day in Rome, the trip with AC made it more enjoyable. Everything went well. I totally recomend it. Fair price...

Great value and smooth airport bus service - Staff were friendly, bus was comfortable with air conditioning, journey was smooth and price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

Good value for money - Value for money is good and easy to find both at the airport and the bus station. The only thing I would advise other passengers is that if you are going to use it to go to the airport, that when you choose the ticket you will take it with a specific time, because if you take it with open time they usually fill up and you do not know until the last moment if you have gap or not.

Terrifying - Truly inhumane the way this company’s employees treated people. Companies fault also, because they sell, more tickets than available seats. What a horrific situation, people desperately asking to board the bus I order not to lose their flights. The drive had the nerves of yell to an old lady, and tell her that he didn’t speak English. How came an employee, who doesn’t speak a common language is working in a service for tourists?? The only thing he knew was screaming “out, out, next bus”. Which by the way, was 1h after. That lady and some others, had to way under 38 degrees heat for the next bus. unfortunately, neither of the passengers on the bus, could do anything about it, even do all were telling him to stop the abuse.
