Brilliant, fun and you get to eat the fruits of your labour! 10/10 - My daughter and I LOVED this experience in Florence. It was high on my daughter’s bucket list (20yo) and didn’t disappoint. A magnificent night filled with fun, laughs and connection to not only the food but other participant’s. Our host and teacher, Alice was brilliant. Warm, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely interested in assisting and connecting with all participants. She was an absolute delight Grazie Mille Alice!

Making pizza - The experience was both fun and educational. We learned the proper way to make pizza and why the ingredients play such an important role. The instructions/chef was fun and funny.

You literally can't fail. - Roberta and Alice ran our class. It was a ton of fun. The wine was very good and the pizza we made was delicious. Roberta teaches you in a way that makes it impossible to screw up. Alice taught us about gelato and helping make it made my mom's day. They give you time to get to know the other people who are taking the class so you are not sitting there awkwardly quite. Well with the money and time commitment. Will recommend to all my friends.

Great experience! - The class was excellent. Roberta and Jon were great teachers. We learnt lots about making traditional pizza and gelato. Jon was great at involving our 9 and 5 year old.

Fun, delicious, pizza - Grazie mille chef Roberta. My partner and I had so much fun making pizza and gelato, both tasted so delicious and are arguably in the top 3 of all the pizza and gelato we ate during out trip to Florence (which says a lot as we ate soo much in our time here). What’s more, it was my birthday and this truly made it special and fun. I would definitely recommend, the experience was a lot of fun and very informative too. I am hoping I can use Roberta’s tips and replicate the delicious pizza I made and ate when I get home.

Fantastic family activity in Florence - So. Much. Fun!! Our travel agent booked this activity for us, and I can now understand why! We had the best time. It took between 3 and 4 hours for the whole experience and it was time well spent. Both of our instructors (Thomaso and Fredericko P) were great! Patient with our questions, helped us with the tasks if we needed it, knowledgeable about what they were teaching. We literally made pizza dough from scratch and got to create each of our individual pizzas as we wanted to, and then enjoy the fruits of our labor by having the pizzas for dinner! The pace was great - not too fast, not too slow - I never felt like I was falling behind or sitting there bored during the entire night. I highly, highly recommend this activity for couples or families!

Perfect Pizza Partaay! - This class is so much fun that I took it again this year on my trip to Florence. Fortunately, Fredico P was, once again, the instructor. His knowledge and humour ensured that everyone had a great evening and a delicious pizza. To say that the gelato we made was amazing would be an understatement; we even enjoyed second helpings of the decadent Florentine delight. You won’t be disappointed with Fredico’s course. PS: Federico has excellent taste in music as well as food.

Deliziosa! - Delicious! We had a wonderful time with Chef Federico P. He was entertaining, funny, helpful and patient. We learned how to make pizza dough, and gelato. Chef was patient when making suggestions on how to prepare the dough. We were not experienced and he taught us well. Federico was so kind to my daughter and she even got to assist him when making the chocolate gelato. He gave us specific directions regarding making gelato at home - which will definitely come in handy when we return home. Chef made positive suggestions of what to do and what not to do when making both the pizza and gelato! He gave excellent advice. We hope to plan another cooking class with Towns of Italy while in Rome! Thank you, Mille Grazie!
