Quick, easy and helpful staff - Our train got delayed and came 5mins late but the staff was pretty helpful. We were able to find them and got our ticket. We didn’t have to wait long either. We got in approx 2mins. I would definitely recommend buying this skip the line ticket especially after seeing a long line.

Beautiful museum do not miss - Don’t miss the gallery! Smaller museum but so beautiful and we loved it. It was not a guided tour just a headset which was enough for us and can easily see everyone in an hour

Easy, smooth, collection and entry - It was so easy to collect the tickets and enter the Gallery today (15/04/24). I would especially like to thank Ray, who was very kind with his assistance when I came to visit a little earlier than intended. I hope the rest of his day was blessed.

Thanks - Glad we did not have to stand in line!!! Brian was amazing and got us hooked up right away. It was a very hot and sunny day and we were happy to not stand in the lineup.

Fast Track or Not to Fast Track - The time it took to find the ‘spot’ and the agent running to the door to get tickets (for our time) and bringing them back, only to stand in another line when we could have just gotten in line to buy tickets when we arrived, was not a great process. The 15 minutes early you are suppose to be there you could have stood in line and gotten in already. It was not worth the money.
