Amazing views. Definitely worth it. - Every landing you come to is a welcome respite and offers extraordinary views of Florence and the duomo. The climb really isn’t that bad as long as you’re not morbidly obese. The stairs do get tight the further you go up, but never too tight. No bags of any kind are allowed in the bell tower, but the tickets include a locker at no additional expense. The baptistery and cathedral can be done on another day if you’re too tired after the hike up.

Multi-area access and save time waiting in lines. - The ticket was ideal for saving time in line waiting to buy them direct and gave us access to several other areas in the church and museum. We had also been told the tickets were sold out for the Bell Tower until the next week, but we were able to find them here. Make sure to read what it gets you access to in order to understand the buildings and areas. It is a little confusing but there are signs on all the doors.

Not Worth It - The tower was nice but if you climb the Duomo then there is no need to climb the Bell Tower. The Duomo has a view that is much better and higher. Save your money and time!

sad to miss - We were never able to do tour due to a delay in previous tour. No refunds unfortunately. Very rainy day, so really made for a hard day for touring.

Easy ticket purchase - We booked our tickets through Viator to gain access to the bell tower and cathedral. There was no guide, we just met up with the tour person who gave us our tickets for entry. We were fine with this, as we have been to these historical places before. This was a last minute decision and very easy to obtain tickets for timed queues.

Late arrival - He showed up two minutes before we were supposed to use our tickets. He said 10 mintues before to met. He said he would have a sign, he sign was a small piece of paper. The tickets for the actives were worth the money but the seller was not a very good experience.

Beware of recycled tickets they won’t work - The experience itself was great. Unfortunately the person representing viator gave us 2 tickets that had already been used. So 2 out of the 4 tickets we had worked. Luckily the guard at both the bell tower and duomo were kind and let us in. The guard at the baptistery turned us away.
