Quick Cathedral Visit - It was amazing and full of knowledge the guide guided us properly inside and outside of the cathedral. We had a short visit but it was detailed and summarised according to the time. Recommended for a quick cathedral visit.

A Journey to Remember - hat a journey. Julia, our guide, was excellent; she was highly knowledgeable and added a lot of information to the excursion. Worth the climb for the amazing views. Access to the terrace was excellent. Highly recommended visit

As stated - There was excellent communication. Tickets were sent to me via WhatsApp the day prior. There were clear instructions on how to use them and where to find the Dome entry. I went to all the other sites, excluding the crypt, where there was a lengthy lineup in the afternoon. There might have been a better time of day.

Fantastic - It's an incredible trip. The guide arrives early and gives concise explanations. Give some background on the duomo. I'll try it once more.

Florence Went Above and Beyond Our Dreams - It's incredible. We greatly preferred Florence than Rome, and we intend to return to Italy. We highly recommend visiting Florence with skip the line admission.

Not Skip the Line - Good information about the history of the duomo. However, not actually skip the line. We went all the way to the back. The guide was very sweet.

They changed the time of our tour..we couldn't do this time! - The day of our trip to Florence, we were notified that the time we chose to go to the Duoma Cathedral had changed. We went to the office and no-one was there. We had another event at the time that the new time was sent to us. Please refund us the money!

Hard to find meeting point - After you buy your tickets online, they don't send you a digital ticket. You have to go to a meeting place that didn't seem to exist on Google maps. My wife and I showed it to three different workers at the cathedral. None of them knew where the ticket redemption center is for this vendor. We tried calling to cancel. The agent told me it is eady to cancel online, but we wouldn't be getting a refund. I found that funny. So, we ate the 40 euros. You are much better off going to the free line. This seems to be a scam or at the very least a major hassle to pick up what you pa8d good mo ey for. I wish I read the other reviews beforehand who warned the same.
