Amazing and Insightful Tour of Florence - This experience was so amazing and insightful. Paolo was great - making sure we got headsets and offering all kinds of information throughout the entire tour. We also loved that this was our group of 6 only - made it even more enjoyable!!

Florence - We saw so much with our guide, of course David was the highlight! But we saw so much more outside the Accademia also.

It was the highlight of our trip to Florence! - The small group walking tour around Florence with Paulo was an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to be alone in our group with our family of 5. Paulo adapted the tour for us and helped us see the Easter celebration of the exploding cart. He was amazingly informative and answerd all questions (even the most random) with tons of knowledge. He was witty and fun. Highly recommend this tour, it made us fall in love with the city and small group tours. It is now a must have for our family traveling anywhere.

A wonderful morning in Florence - Our guide Corinna was superb as she showed us through Accademia finishing with Michelangelo’s David. We started in the room of rare instruments and saw several pieces (not just violins) created by Stradivarius. After the Accademia, she took us around Florence to see all the important sights before leaving us with several wonderful lunch suggestions. I highly suggest Through Eternity for tours in Florence.

Great guide and great tour - This tour was outstanding! Our guide was so friendly and so knowledgeable of Florence! She so showed us sites we would have never experienced on our own and information you’d never find in a tour book. She felt like a friend by the time we finish and we loved it!

Fantastic insight - Had a tour with Costanza B and could not be more satisfied. She has an art major degree and offered honest insight to some major artworks. City tour was extraordinary...best wine shop for variety, ristorante, and awesome suggestion for Firenze souvenir from a jewelry artisan.

I’ve done Viator tours in... - I’ve done Viator tours in numerous countries for over a decade and this was the first true disappointment. Our guide was a nice person, but I learned very little about Florence. Most of our three hour tour was spent talking about his own experiences while pointing out landmarks, almost as an aside, with little to no explanation of their cultural or historical significance. In sum, the tour offered nothing that we couldn’t have done ourselves. Given the price, I felt extremely ripped off. After the tour, I went back to check all of my bookings to ensure they were with a different company so that we would not have the same guide. Fortunately, we booked 4 other Viator tours during our time here, which were excellent.
