Satisfaction Guaranteed with Sandro - This was a wonderful addition to our trip to Italy. San Gimignano really is the postcard of Tuscany - the walls are amazing, the architecture is beautiful, the churches are astounding, and the gelato was to die for! Monteriggioni is a small but lovely fortress-town, with scenic views from the walls. The winery we stopped at was a delight - great food, excellent wine, and Simone did an amazing job teaching us about their process. Lastly, we stopped at Siena, which was a joy to visit. The Campos was beautiful, the Palazzo Pubblico and it's small museum was fun, and the walking tour with Lucia was stellar. Getting to learn about the racing, the attempt to build the new cathedral, and the art of the existing cathedral was wonderful. All in all, Sandro was an excellent tour guide to Tuscany, and Sergio did a great job driving us.

Best tour guide - Gabriel our tour guide was phenomenal. On our drive he provided us with so much information about Florence. Siena and Monteriggioni. He always has a smile on his face.

Three lovely Tuscan towns - Although this was not a guided tour, our tour leaders, Marta and Luciano demonstrated excellent knowledge of the 3 towns. They steered us in the direction of the must see spots. It was a wonderful day with a very nice lunch included.

Absolutely amazing amazing trip - Everything was amazing. I liked that they spent quite long in San Gimignano even though its small as its so beautiful. Also they get there early morning to avoid crowds. Siena was also stunning. Hosts Ricardo and Fabiana (I may have got these names a bit wrong as writing from memory) were great. They have stressful jobs to manage such large groups but they both did a great job remaining calm and friendly all the time.

Fabulous tour and time to explore - Freddy did a wonderful job guiding 87 people on these tours. He was so kind and patient. San G was as beautiful as I hoped. I wish we had more time there! Siena was also just as beautiful! I would recommend this tour and experience for anyone! Freddy was spot on with his recommendations in each village!!!

We did this tour with... - We did this tour with free time in the cities only- no guided tour. Loved the cities and wine tasting. It is a convenient way to get to these cities without having to deal with public trains and busses. We did have some issues understanding the tour meeting points. Pronounciations differ from spellings. Perhaps the tour company could hand out a paper with the meeting points spelled out.

Good tour, but beware of group size - This was a good tour. We had knowledge two tour leaders (Ricardo and Fabrizio) who gave history of the area and did a great job of keeping track of everyone. However, the tour was not 45 people, it was about 90! Maybe they meant max group of 45 per tour leader. Therefore, it was difficult to do any sort of wine tasting with a group so large (it felt like we were served wine instead). The tour was offered in both English and Spanish.

Well worth it but be informed - We’re able to see the busiest places at the optimum time. Huge group but we all dispersed and had ample time to enjoy on our own. Sando was very enthusiastic knowledgeable. He was not good at judging distance or climbing. Made it difficult for me with my cane. Took 18,000 steps to complete this tour. Recommend this trip but need to be aware of a few obstacles.

Disappointing end - Amazing trip. Very interesting. Unfortunately at the last stop, Sienna, the bus left without doing the count, even though we had signaled to the guide, we were using the bathroom and she gave us 👍. We had to run after the bus. This was very upsetting after a wonderful day. Pauline Bergin

It was okay, but too long - Not exactly what we were expecting. We had hoped to learn more about the cities when we were in them but all the cities were basically just free time with shops/cafes. We didn't book the Siena walking tour or the cathedral and ended up just having 3 hours of walking around the city with no recommendations of what to do or what shops/restaurants were recommended. Completely at our fault, we did not realize that this tour was 11+ hours and that's really not how we would have chosen to spend our last day in Florence. I'd also not recommend having any reservations or dinner plans after the tour as, at no fault of the tour, we sat in traffic for over 2 hours at a dead stop because of an accident. We personally would have liked something a bit shorter as there wasn't enough to fill the time if you didn't do the "upgrades". The spot for lunch was cute but the lunch provided wasn't anything special. The wines were pretty good and very affordable if you're looking to take some home or back to where you are staying. I will say, the tour guides were friendly and helpful, and did share some good info, but not really what we'd hoped for. I wouldn't really recommend this for younger couples.
