At the same time I will offer the opportunity to taste our oil, even in its flavored variants, along with other specialties from the Gargano and a choice of local wines. After the tastings I will introduce the guests to some hints on the culinary combinations of oil.

In addition to this, visitors get to sample culinary delights of Gargano, which is not confined to just oil, but extends to a selection of wines, cheeses, and other produce. If desired, visitors can also take a tour of our olive grove and take a moment to unwind under the cool canopy of our vintage trees!

A wonderful tour such fun! - Such an interesting and entertaining couple of hours … Pier Luigi is a great tour guide/owner/entertainer and host … we learnt so much about the whole process and what it means to grow true organic olives …

Culinary and educational experience that has left its mark - Beautiful experience that excited us, much more than expected.
Pierluigi took us to his olive grove where he explained all the work, energy and passion it takes to produce a quality product that unfortunately many take for granted. It's an experience everyone should try.
Later, in the farm, with the help of his mother prepared abundant and delicious samples of local products, all to be seasoned with their delicious oil.

Top experience - Excellent welcome, we did first the tour in the olive grove where we were explained all the techniques of olive and olive processing. A really interesting and fun “lesson” thanks to the Guide, young and very nice.
We then had dinner with a generous platter of local products of the highest quality.
The strong point: care, passion, research that make their work unique.
Super recommended.

Informative, Professional & Delicious! - A fantastic experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend. Having met Pierluigi we jumped into his car and headed to the olive grove five minutes away.
There we learnt how olive trees are pruned to maximise yield, how the soil is tendered and how challenging it is to be an organic producer in the modern agricultural world.
A superb experience and perfectly delivered in English before back to his production plant for a home cooked meal prepared together with his mother. The food was accompanied by a glass of local white wine and I've have less accomplished meals in Michellin stared restaurants - it was that good.
A brilliant and quite unique experience just outside the beautiful town of Vieste. Do not miss out book today!

Great visit where we learned everything about the olives - We had a great evening ice party with Pier. We learned everything about olive production - from how to care for the trees to seeing the finished product tapped in our own olive oil bottles.
Pier was a superb host and guide, where the academic talk about the olives was spicy with funny remarks and anecdotes from the area.
We concluded the visit with a great meal consisting of the best products from the area.

Fun olive oil 101 - What a fun and educational experience we had with Pier! He took his time and thoroughly explained the entire lifecycle of his trade, from how he cares for the trees and soil to harvesting the olives to get his tasty organic olive oil. It clearly showed that it's not just his job, but also his passion. We concluded our day with an amazing spread, prepared by his mother. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon drinking, learning and feasting with a passionate, enthusiastic and friendly host!

Very interesting and delicious experience! - In September 2023, my girlfriend and I had a tour of the olive groves of Olio Biscotti, followed by a delicious burschetta tasting. Pier talks with a lot of passion and dedication about the family business and how they have been making olive oil for "some time". Definitely one of the most beautiful experiences of our holiday in Puglia.

Olive groves are an art, not a hobby. So interesting - Wow... Amazing tour with Pier. I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin so I was curious on the process of growing an olive grove. Pier explained from the soil all the way to harvest and beyond. He will go as in depth as you want and it was super informative. It actually ended up being a great late afternoon evening out with a fabulous sample of local foods to eat at the end which ended up being a meal. HIGHLY recommend Pier on this tour.
