The Yellowstone white water rafting trip is great for children ages 6 and up. Spectacular views may include spotting wildlife such as river otters and bald eagles.

The Yellowstone River office is located in Gardiner at the North Entrance to Yellowstone National park, just minutes from Mammoth Hot Springs. We are located on Main Street (Scott Street) on a riverfront property within walking distance from lodging and campgrounds in central Gardiner. You can even see some of the rapids from our backyard!

The Half Day Classic Raft adventure kicks off at the northern edge of Yellowstone National Park, precisely where the Gardiner River meets the powerful Yellowstone River. This excursion is perfect for the entire family! Experience the thrill of riding the waves at Bridge Waves, Man Eater, Loonie’s and Boonie’s Revenge, Queen of the Waters, and the KING! Marvel at the stunning view of Devil’s Slide. Enjoy floating through calm water sections ideal for swimming and relaxation. This trip is ideal for first-time rafters or family groups with diverse ages and skill levels. Covering 8 miles on the river, the journey can last up to approximately 3 hours, depending on water levels (CFS).
