As you wander through the bustling markets and artisan food shops, you’ll discover the stories behind each dish, guided by a local expert who brings the city’s history to life.
“Scrummy Genoese specialities - Excellent tour of part of the old city. Then delicious seafood, morsels with pesto and salsa di noci, plain focaccia, focaccia con formaggio (really scrummy) and polpettone, followed by delicious semi freddo. All washed down with red and white wine. Each ‘course’ was taken at different venues so we got to meet lots of artisanale/specialist sellers! Great intro to Ligurian/Genoese specialities! 😁” - Reviewed on 2024-10-25

“Wonderful way to experience Genoa - What a wonderful way to explore Genoa. We really enjoyed walking around in our small group listening to Alessandro tell us lots of interesting things about the city and the places we strolled past. The little food stops along the way were traditional and the food was delicious. I doubt we would have found all these places on our own and having a local lead the way was great. It was relaxed and slow paced giving us all time to take it all in and enjoy it. Thank you Alessandro!” - Reviewed on 2024-10-04
