Coos, spoons, & the most beautiful scenery - Brilliant, such a great day. Only the four of us plus the wonderfully entertaining driver - Scott, made for a very personalized experience. Exceptional play list to set the scene (special mention to Deacon Blue) & unforgettable scenery. Bonus drop in to see the Hairy Coos, Scott also managed to help out a fellow Australian that car had broken doon. (Coincidence - had breakfast with the family the next morning, can you believe it! - car started 20 min later & they got to enjoy their day - very grateful for the assistance). The bus was super comfortable, & cosy as it was a tad fresh with snow outside. Would go again in a flash & have already recommended the tour to anyone who’ll listen. Even managed to pick up a souvenir spoon from Fort William. Highlights a plenty and family back home loved the scenic photos from the highland, the loch’ and viaducts the most from my holiday to the UK and Europe. Many thanks Cam

This tour was one of my highlights of my trip to the UK - My husband and I did this tour together, and in general, we loved it. We loved Isle of Skye (especially the Fairy pools), and happy that is where we spent the nights for our tours. Being at the Glenfinnan viaduct when the train went over was awesome (especially as I am a big Harry Potter fan). The tour group is locally run and is a smaller group to tour with (there was 9 of use in total). The bus was comfy and had charging ports. Gary, our tour guide, was awesome as he was very knowledgeable of the history, as well s just being very interesting to listen to. We had enough time at each place that we visited, without feeling too rushed or bored. I would definitely recommend this tour.

If You're Thinking of Going on the Tour, You Should Go 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🙌 - I traveled to Scotland during Thanksgiving 2024 from California and went on the Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe & Loch Shiel 1 Day Tour 🌟 We could not have asked for a better tour guide than Jerry! He was extremely funny, knowledgeable, and considerate (everything you can ask for in a tour guide!). The next time I visit Scotland, and after this trip I most definitely will, I would definitely request Jerry again! As for the tour itself, I highly highly recommend it. I would have paid double for the experience since it’s pretty difficult and expensive to rent a car in a foreign country and drive around yourself. Visiting the Scottish Highlands is a must. I am a city girl at heart, but I fell in love with the breathtaking views of Scotland. The tour’s content was a packed with a harmonious mix of Scottish history, contemporary Scottish culture, jokes, and even music. Recommendations when going on the tour: - Wearing hiking boots since there’s an opportunity to go on a mini-hike when visiting the Glenfinnan Viaduct - Wearing compression socks and lots and lots of layers (winter) - Plenty of rest the day before since the tour takes up the whole day - Have questions ready for your tour guide to maximize the experience - Bring sunglasses if the skies are clear that day - Preview the weather and try to go on a clear day if possible (we got lucky!)

Edinburgh -> Glencoe + Glenfinnan Viaduct + Loch Shiels w/ the legend Fionn. - Just finished the Glencoe + Glenfinnan Viaduct + highland exploration 1 day trip from Edinburgh. Highly recommend, we witnessed so much of the spectacular Scottish landscape in only 1 day. This experience was only further improved by our iconic tour guide. We cannot speak any higher of the legend, Fionn. It showed throughout the whole duration of the day the love he has for Scotland, and his job. He made it his objective to keep us engaged, entertained and appreciate Scotland in all its glory, just like he does. He clearly has a deep found appreciation for his countries history, with his explanations throughout the day highlighting his extraordinary knowledge. He gave everyone the time of day with any questions, seeming genuinely interested and willingly to provide explanations. From the 3 lads from Sydney, Australia, many thanks Fionn for creating an everlasting memory of our Scottish experience. Many thanks for an awesome day!

Must do tour for travellers. - This trip is a must do for anyone who is a fan of history, great views, or a Harry Potter fan. We met our tour guide Scott as Buchanan bus station and he was a great guide. Scott was funny, engaging and very enthusiastic which made the tour all the more better! He was dedicated to ensuring that the 7 of us on the tour were having the best time possible. There are various stops along the West Coast of Scotland which provides some excellent opportunities to see beautiful views of Scotland. The tour is long, approximately 11 hours on a bus but is well worth it! I would highly recommend this tour for travellers.

An incredible tour of the Scottish Highlands with things for Harry Potter fans - I had an incredible time with tour guide Stuart! I recently went on the Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe & Loch Shiel 1 Day Tour. This tour takes you to some of the most iconic filming locations from the Harry Potter movies, which was one of the main reasons I decided to book this tour. Stuart was very knowledgeable about the area, and since there were only two of us on the tour, he made it even more special for us. I got so many beautiful photos and learned some interesting facts about Scotland. I will definitely book another tour with Discover Scotland Tours when I visit Scotland again!

Highlands highs - We started right on time. We really liked our driver/guide, Kyle. He was personable and knowledgeable. He even included a few impromptu stops to cater to participants’ wants. Overall, a great experience. The only thing I’d quibble with is the short time at Glenfinnan Viaduct. This is the highlight of this tour for many people (and is featured in the advertising). In our case, the train was running about 15 minutes late so we had to choose between delaying the group or waiting for what we came all the way out to see.

I wish I could give 10,000 stars - If only I could give more than 5 stars. Michael was absolutely fenomenal, full of fascinating stories and hilarious jokes, he made this tour so incredibly memorable. It has to be honestly the best tour I've ever been on, and I can only wish to catch him on our next tour. I cannot recommend him and the company more. He really made us feel in awe throughout the whole trip, every person visiting Scotland will be blessed to go on a tour with Michael.

Scotland Highlands Tour Glencoe/Malliag - Absolutely amazing tour of the Scotland highlands today! Our tour guide Stuart was nothing short of brilliant. His great jokes and history of the highlands kept us enthralled the entire day. We got to see numerous Harry Potter landmarks and even highland cows thanks to our tour guide! Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a breathtaking tour and want to avoid 50 person buses!
