Luss - Explore the charming conservation village of Luss, where neat rows of cottages lead to the beautiful banks of Loch Lomond, adorned with vibrant floral displays in the summer. Luss is a favorite among tourists, particularly for its picturesque Church, established by the Celtic Saint MacKessog. In the churchyard, discover a relic of the Viking era: an 11th-century ‘hogback’ Viking grave, a stone-carved sculpture.

Balloch - Here, passengers can choose to purchase tickets for a one-hour boat cruise on the stunning Loch Lomond. Delight in the scenic views and learn more about the area. Those who prefer to remain on land can explore Balloch Country Park.
-
Trossachs - Journey through the dramatic Duke’s Pass into the Trossachs, known as the ‘Highlands in miniature’. While interpretations of the Trossachs’ name vary, a favored one is from the Gaelic meaning ‘the bristly country’. We’ll pause for photos and a brief lunch stop for our passengers.
This landscape inspired Sir Walter Scott’s poem “The Lady of the Lake” and his novel “Rob Roy”. We believe you’ll find inspiration too, whether for photography or writing. Keep an eye out for the woolly, long-horned Highland cows, affectionately known as hairy coos!
- Stirling Castle - Passengers have the chance to visit Stirling Castle (tickets not included, see tour exclusions), a grand royal residence of the Stuart Kings and Mary, Queen of Scots, who was proclaimed monarch here in 1543 at just nine months old. It’s a striking sight, perched on its crag, and you’ll have 90 minutes to explore this historic treasure.
