Beautiful City!! - Hop on Hop off is a fabulous way to sight see the city.. bus was on time and very accessible. I would definitely choose Viator again!

Left wanting more - It's a good ride to get around as it is a big city. There are not a lot of commentary on the buses. Only 1 driver introduced himself and made it welcoming. It was a little lustre, as I was expecting more.

Horrible experience overall - The drop off at Haga was OK , waiting over an hour for the next bus at stop 4 and we had to get a cab

It’s a interesting way of getting knowledge over the city and more important places to visit - The bus doesn’t slow to pick some pictures but we get a good perception of the all city and his history. Gotemburgo is wonderful!

One hour 30 minute waut at stop for bus - The points we drove by were good but our first stop off the bus we had to wait one hour 30 minutes till the next bus cam by. Far too long a wait between stops

Too many passengers and not enough busses! - The route was fine. However this should not be scheduled when there is a cruise ship in town as there were not enough buses to accommodate the passengers. Passengers had to stand up on the buses which were packed like sardines. In addition, all drivers take their lunch break at the exact same time leaving about a 1-1/2 hour wit during their lunch. We were told they took lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 but they actually took it from 1:00 - 2:00. This threw our plans off entirely. The Hop On Hop Off tours in other cities I’ve visited have been much better.

Terrible experience - Terrible experience. Buses did not run as promised, were very infrequent and extremely late. I will be requesting a total refund.

Beware - BEWARE!!! I bought 3 tickets on the Viator app in the afternoon that were supposed to be good for 24hrs. However, they stopped driving for the day 10min after my purchase and I was advised that they were not open for business the next day!!!! I contacted Viator and guess what, my request for a refund was denied!! A SCAM!!! I was told that should have read the fine print of the operational hours

DON’T BOOK!! - DON’T BOOK!! We attempted to use this during a one day visit in Gothenburg. Booked it on the day thinking it would be like the MANY other hop on/off buses we’ve booked in the past. We never received any information about where to meet the bus. We walked to Feskekorka, as we felt it would be one of their stops. We waited for a very long time (in the rain) waiting with a no show. We continued to walk around looking/hoping to see a bus with no luck. Finally decided to cancel it because we couldn’t use it. We learned later that there is only 1 bus. WHAT!! Now they are denying a refund. Shame on TripAdvisor for continuing to have this company listed. I used to trust using this website, but they apparently do not stand up for their customers.
