Castles of history - Had a wonderful day to Windsor with James and Casey, the supreme bus driver. Lots of tourist, but well organized.lots to do for all interests

Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle are worth the trip - We really enjoyed this tour and we were so impressed by Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace. We were happy that the royal family shares this with the public. I do wish we could take pictures inside because I would love to have the memories of the day in photos, but that is the regulations of each place. All in all it was a great trip.

Must do - Paying our respects to the Queen where she lays in peace, the only down for on the trip we had to wait a little to get in the gates, so take an umbrella as you wait out said in the open, please make sure if you do this tour go into the bus terminal in London.

Windsor Castle was great; Buckingham Palace not so much - Most of our time was spent on our own as our guide did not enter Windsor Castle or Buckingham Palace with us. The whole reason to pay as much as we did for this excursion was to hear the beginning d the scenes stories from a good guide. Unable to take pictures at either place, which was disappointing

Arrive very early or miss out - We missed the bus because of the disorganised meeting place. We arrived on time and could not hear or see the tour guide. The bus terminal was extremely busy and there was no one in control of coordinating tours. Worst thing was there is no refund either.
